SHe doesn't know the massage points and thinks she's giving a massage. They made me wait 15 minutes. And then, without any shame, they ask me for tip! I got into the car outside, and she ran after me, demanding another tip. I'm normally a tipper, but she absolutely didn't deserve it. And when I said I wouldn't give a tip, she swore at me. Repeatedly. SHe kept swearing until I left. read more

Called ahead because my usual place was booked on a Sunday afternoon. I was told just to come in. They're located on the corner of Western and Pico and they are in the middle of a bunch of other businesses in a plaza. Parking is small and was actually okay when i got there. I forgot to take a pic of the pricing list, but i asked for a combo massage and paid $51 something including credit card charge. Thought it was weird that they asked for payment before the services was provided, but I'm glad i gave them the benefit of the doubt because Mary was amazing! She gave just the right amount of pressure that i liked. Will come back! read more

They had us pay for the messages in the beginning which was strange, we didn't know how to tip, usually do it by how well the experience/massage was. I had a decent massage, she asked throughout how the pressure was. My partners masseuse was very light with pressure and didn't ask if he wanted it adjusted at all. There was also someone at the front that was, I'm assuming, learning English, and had their audio on very loudly- it definitely disturbed the experience and relaxation. Their audio was practicing went on for practically the whole hour... read more

I went here a few months ago and I had a great massage and the people were really really nice. Atmosphere was great, but there were a customer was very nosy. I win again and I took my wife and it was the best thing going. I think you'll enjoy this place. The price of the really good quality is great. Well worth the drive from Long Beach! read more

I only like when the manager is hear services is horrible when she is not hear really disappointing

One of the best massages I've had in recent years. I've been here a dozen times and everyone is great, but this past time I found my masseuse-soulmate and I will not be sharing her name because I don't want everyone to book her up ha ha ha! Very clean facility with comfy tables and nice decor/music. read more

Candy did a great job my back feels brand new! Definitely will be coming back! Thank you so much!

Massage was sloppy, I didn't like it. In the end they told us "we need tips", they were like insisting. So, guys, be ready for that read more

Here is the best !!! He is professional ,skilled ,nice person and very clean (I'm really picky and I usually don't write a review unless I'm really impressed) When I went to this place first time I didn't have an appointment with him (walked in )but luckily I had him . (Since I'm a truck driver I always have pain on my neck and back ) I told him that I didn't have enough time to stay an hour. He tried his best in 30 min and it was really helpful Since then , whenever I feel pain I've kept coming to him Can't go anywhere! Thank you always read more

Worst. Don't bother. Not worth the Groupon. Not worth a half off group on. Rude manager, inexperienced masseuses. Left more tense than when I came. read more

I am 8 months postpartum and my back has been the worst. Massage Here is a few minutes away from me and let me tell you my whole body feels amazing! Anna was the massage therapist that did the amazing work. I will definitely do this as a monthly routine. read more

New massage joint in the Westlake Area. It's pretty spacious - and very clean. They are very kind and they are very accommodating. I did a 90 minute massage and it was very relaxing. I wanted a harder pressure and she catered to what I needed. I had a lot of tightness in my shoulders and traps - she worked on them constantly and I'm feeling a lot better now. I liked a lot about the massage. I will be back! read more

Massage here the place is awesome. Massager really perfection. After the massage my body so relax. I love this place. read more

Massage Here - Massage Here - Massage Near Me - Los Angeles, California

If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff is rude and demanded a $20 tip upfront, before they gave me a massage. I have no issue tipping, but I should determine the tip amount, based on service. Moreover a $20 tip for a $50 massage, sounds a tad excessive. Perhaps, this business has a bait and switch approach for the masages. I walked out and told them nevermind-- I'll go to another place that won't demand in a rude way a $20 tip upfront-- they lost a customer. I received a lousy massage from here in the past. I was informed that the lady giving me the massage, didn't understand English and didn't know what type of massage I wanted. I tried to go again to support this business, but the first time was a warning, that I didn't heed. The place is also unprofessional-- they charge $1 to process a credit card, this may not be legal. Stay away and go to a professional massage business. read more

Didn't make it here til 9:15, 45min to closing but they still allowed me to pay for a 60min session. Much appreciated. This was my first massage experience and it was great. The younger woman I had was very attentive, checking in consistently to make sure I was ok. Very thorough and personable. She did stretches on me and used hot stones. Not sure if that's always included in a full body massage but for the affordable $50 price I'll definitely be back. The space was clean and tranquil as well. read more

I have been under severe stress with all that's going on in today's world and Massage Here has been what's helped me cope with today's reality. The ambient is really nice and confortable and makes you feel you are in some type of retrieve in a remote place far away from the day to day noise. The personal there are not only profesionales but very caring and attentive. I highly recommend it because when I walk out of there I am tension free. I am definitely sold on them. So much noisy in massage area.. I don't know why... All staffs talking too much high noise omg it's very very rude at massage place read more

This was interesting by the least bit. It was horrible. The people here do not know anything about a massage. They can give a good pat down They have no clue about a massage and felt obligated to a tip. The saying says, you get what you pay for. And I guess I got that. I feel like I need a do over. read more

First I was very skeptical bc of the bad reviews and I get body massage at least once a week tried almost like 90 Percent of massage parlors around Los Angeles. My masseuse was a woman first she looks weak she has skinny fingers but she's absolutely one do the best person I've ever had. She is strong in e you tell her stronger and bc of her keen sense of touch she definitively knew where to press which areas hurt etc She got all my Back and shoulders knot out using her arms and fingers I felt bad bc I like my massages too hard but she was absolutely awesome and so skilled!! Her name is MIA I asked like four times ! Ask for her They are very quiet and don't talk much but they listen you oh what you want and how you want it I am leaving absolutely 100 percent satisfied I recommend doing one hour or one hour thirty minute deep tissue full body massage bc they even bring out the big hot rocks and massage and pressure your whole body!! I wish they did my feet more but she still did it for me Thank you and will be back soon ! read more

Jennifer is the best massage therapist I've had in my twenty plus years in LA and I always go to her when I can. This is a legit review and she is a legit therapist. She cares about what she does. She is focused, attentive and always professional. She opened up this new location twenty minutes further away from me and it's still worth the drive. read more

I had the one hour massage and I felt completely relaxed and comfortable. Jennifer and her staff know how to give great massage. The masseuse would ask if I wanted it harder or softer. She also asked if I was cold. This place aims to please. read more

There are so many massage places near me, but this one is my favorite. Great 1 hr massage (30 min body/30 min feet) for a good price. They didn't write down my appointment, but were able to get me in anyway. That was the first red flag, minus 1 star. My masseuse was good, applied sufficient pressure, but he didn't focus on my back pain as much as I would've wanted to. I went in the middle of the day, so thankfully I didn't have to share a room with another person. Place seemed clean, lights were dimmed, music was calming. read more

This place is a scam do not go there. I was charged more than the stated price and the woman walked out 3 times during my "massage" all she did was barley touch my back. And she demanded I give a 9 dollar tip read more

This is an updated review from my previous experience. I decided to give this place another chance after Linda, the business owner, reached out to me to try and make things right. Not much to say. It's a three star experience. You get what you pay for. Language barrier made the process of my massage to be quite painful ha ha. Me saying 7 times that "I don't need such a strong (terminator-like) pressure and it's painful" didn't help at all. Lol read more

I don't live close but it is worth the drive! My massage was great! The masseuse made me relax as I forgot about all my stress! A very professional massage indeed...she massaged out all my knots in my shoulders...geez it was so relaxing! I just about lost myself as I thought I fell asleep! Life seems good here at "Massage Here! I can see myself spending alot of time being relaxed here! They also have a man who I heard gives a great massage too! I will be back,,I hope I can be a regular customer here! I think I have finally found myself a decent place! read more

I did not have a good massage here. I looked at the reviews and they looked pretty good but that was not my experience. I walked in and two employees were going back and forth arguing while I just stood there, they didn't provide me any direction to sit down until several minutes later. It was uncomfortable. It's one of those places where it's a group setting, so you do have clothes on. A masseuse started to massage my head, then left for several minutes, then another masseuse came and did the same massage area on my head and started one arm, then another masseuse came and finished that arm and completed the foot/body massage. The massage overall was very week. It seemed as if the masseuse was inexperienced and very timid to touch. It was like constantly waiting for the massage to actually start...for 90 minutes. There was no pressure and pressure was mainly applied with the open palm of the hand, so just weirdly pushing me into the massage bed. There was no attempt to massage individual muscles at all. It was not a relaxing experience and feel as if I didn't get a massage at all. read more

I'd give this place a one star but since my bf had a decent massage I will give it two. The lady who massaged me was a tiny Chinese lady who didn't massage with any pressure, like she just rubbed my skin. I finally caved and asked for it harder. She didnt have any pressure in my foot so I just told her to stop. She didn't do my right foot bc i felt she would just be waiting minutes on my hour massage just rubbing it. She started on my shin and finally decided to give me pressure there but ended up giving me pain in my shin thats similar to shin splints. She then worked on my back, still no pressure. I was watching my bf get the same massage by a guy and he was doing things that my masseuse was definitely not doing. He was going a slower pace, providing pressure, and stretching. No stretching for me. I mentioned that and she didn't do anything, no did male masseuse, She flipped me over and started taking my shirt off in front of the male masseuse. Already really stressed, making me really uncomfortable. (By the way my bf was not asked to remove his shirt) She kepts massage my spine which hurts like crazy. She also did this weird thing where she was just moving my hair around. It didnt feel good or bad, just moved my hair in circles and getting whatever product was on her hands now in my hair. She also kepts pressing down directly on my bone behind my neck, also really painful. She then wiped me down with a cold and startchy towels and rubbed me down really roughly making me shake on the table, even causing my head to come out of the hole. The towel was so rough it hurt my skin. I've never wanted a massage to end as badly as I did this one. I was so tense most of the time, it was the opposite of stress free. I never write bad reviews but I have never had such a horrible experience. read more

This place was great. It's very nice inside and the staff is professional and courteous. My masseuse applies the perfect amount of pressure and made sure it it wasn't to hard from time to time. The music in the background put me at ease and I was able to enjoy a nice soothing massage. Thanks Tony for helping me find parking. read more

What a wonderful experience! I am a Tourist guide and fund myself in a new city/state every 3 months searching for a place like this. The therapist listened to my needs, positioned my body just right to get to the hard to reach muscles and trigger points which give me so many headaches and wrist pain. She uses deep tissue and just the right amount of pressure. Very nice too! I felt welcome from the time I made the appointment thru the end of the visit. Definitely THE place for a relaxing and long-lasting massage. read more

Look elsewhere. My massage was rushed and cut short by a little over 10 minutes of what I paid. The massage bed was dirty (the masseuse admitted to this) and she stopped mid way to ask me questions about my Groupon (asked me to get my phone and pull it back up for some reason, left for a couple minutes, then came back and proceeded without explanation). Overall, would recommend looking elsewhere. read more
