I really can't rate icode high enough - I have been very impressed as we enter our second year taking their classes. He had such a great experience, by day 3 of camp he was asking if we could drop him off 10 minutes early at the center!!

We had the privilege of celebrating our child's fourth birthday party here today. Jason, Edward,…read moreand Jeremiah were the coaches that corralled, entertained, and took great care of our big group of four-year-olds. It was so much fun, very well organized, and a family, friendly, and clean and exciting venue for our big event. The actual venue is spacious and well ventilated. Four-year-olds can be extremely messy, but our coaches did a great job containing the chaos. They were great with our catered pizza and cake, and we could not be more appreciative that they spent this afternoon with our big group. Today could not have been more gross in terms of the weather, but we felt taken care of and extremely warm under the care of these talented coaches. We look forward to coming back for future events!

From the ease of the booking process to the day-of execution, the entire process was 10 stars. Hannah and her team went above and beyond (which I now understand is their standard MO.) They effortlessly managed all of our decor, seemlessly and joyfully wrangled 12+ children (and twice as many extremely excited adults.) The experience was educational and extremely interactive (We decorated mini horses! We held/pet so many incredible animals! The kids rode unicorns!) Even the coloring pages had our daughter's name printed on them. There was not one aspect of the day that felt like an after thought. The attention to detail and the care they show is so amazing. I really can't thank Hannah and her crew enough for hosting (far and away) the best birthday party my daughter has ever had. Core memories were made by all of us.

We did a Saturday night Sip and Sew, with 3 of us as completely beginners and 1 experienced sewer. She catered her lessons to each of us. We had the option to make a tote bag or pillow. I went for the tote, with a long handle to wear as a cross-body bag. We certainly got a bit buzzed with the sipping part, but she was so patient with us. I hope to go back and learn more about sewing, what a fun new skill to learn! One location note, we thought it was at the Hipstitch place on Spencer Street, but found out the class was at the retail store at 1280 Washington St. Which is very close, like less than a minute from Spencer St. Our fault for not reading the email thoroughly, made us really late. Just a heads up to future Sip and Sewers!

Only response was 10 minutes after booking a course asking to apply the new customer 10% credit only to be told "no we can't do that. We will apply it to you next class". Refusal to respond at all to any other communication. Same company that will tell you you can't get a credit if you don't cancel with enough leeway. Hypocritical and terrible customer service. Will never book a class again.
