I waited 4.5 hours with excuses claiming hes having a hard time connecting with Samsung, before I left home to pick up my kids. Owner calls, asks, then accuses me of cancelling my "ticket" and that he can no longer repair my phone. I drive all the way back to the repair shop and not only is my glass screen mutilated, my phone no longer works. So after half a day waiting for a simple screen replacement, MY WORKING CRACKED PHONE TURNED INTO A NON-FUNCTIONING PHONE. Beware of this shady place.
