I went to Lin's a few weeks back and forgot to drop a jewel. It has been a while since I had visited but the buffet style dining. I'm OK with, that's because I usually grab some food and go. All the stuff is sitting out, but to be honest it's fresh, hot and looks great. On the downside, some of the stuff can be a little greasy, but I think that's because it's a buffet and it's gonna be sitting there for a little bit so I take it as one of those things that happen.. Came on a Friday night at 630 pm thinking it would be busy. It's not. They don't replenish the food so many of the choices look old and dry. It's a buffet so I don't have very high expectations but this is probably the worst run buffet I've been to. The server was a super hard worker and seemed to be the only one working the dining area. Visited Lin's Grand Buffet in Zaragoza (Sep 2020) My family was excited to finally be able to experience a buffet all over again. Lin's Grand Buffet offers military discount with ID. We paid, we were told we could sit anywhere we wanted to. Noticed the enforced 6 feet distance but no no explained the "new" buffet rules, we were explained after we "were wrong" So here are the rules: In between buffet lines there is staff who serves you in foam plates. You cannot serve yourself. The line specifically starts on the right side and they serve you with masks and gloves. All following a six feet distance. Due to this their food variety is not as large as it was but still quite worth it. Utensils are all plastic. Your drinks are served in foam. For environmental reasons I do wish the used paper or bamboo vs foam and plastic. The food was fresh and tasty. Costumer service has much room for improvement. read more

Walking into this place was beautiful! The food selections were rather typical of a Chinese buffet however it mostly fresh! I was looking forward to some decent sushi but what they had was just subpar California rolls- nothing fancy and all wrapped in Saran Wrap. The dessert selections looked rather fresh too but we didn't eat any sweets besides the layered cake. (Jellos, bananas with strawberry sauce, puddings, fruits etc). We only ended up here cause Texas Roadhouse was way too packed. They offer a military discount of 10% so for 2 adult and 1 child dinner it was $30. Not too bad. The food selection wasn't too bad either. I'm usually not a huge fan of these types of buffets but this one was one of the better ones. They have sushi, steak, brisket, some very good chow mein, some pretty good cold shrimp and a lot of other stuff. They also had some very nast pancit, some extremely hard rice the sushi wasn't the best (according to my 4yr old lol) again one of the better buffets but still not the best. But theres quite a difference with food quality and options here, especially their sushi selection. They had more meats and not all of them had cream cheese. Had no idea that they had steamed, hot crab legs here so that was a plus! The total selection for dinner is about half the size of Teppanyakis spread. And for about the same price for dinner, i think i would still prefer to stop at Teppanyaki. But if you're in this area and dont want to wait for awhile for a table at Teppanyaki, this place is the next best place to go. read more

Reason I say American/Chinese and should be / Mexican is because they had all three versions of food. But the bad thing is that when we got done and left, as soon as we got home we all had the "runs". Its not really good when the food send you running to the restroom as soon as your done. Three of us walked in. I had my service dog with us. We were given a nasty look. We always ask to be seated in an area so we don't bother anyone. We were told that it was for meetings only and were not allowed. I didn't even take my dog up to the food area I kept her with us at the table the entire time. A girl asked us if she was a service dog. She had a vest and her tags on. I told her yes she's a service dog. I was then asked to provide a card. I said she's wearing her tags. New to town family of 6 a buffet dinner was the way to go . Place looks clean our waiter was great food was tasty but when it came time to leave my four children usually get an ice cream cone to go, which at this point we ask the waiter if they had an ice cream machine, well he didn't know much about the ice cream I assume because he calls another waiter to tell him . The other new waiter then processed that the ice cream is for in house only not to go . I didn't want to believe it until my visit today....The Asian cleaning lady placed food that was left on the counter from a previous customer and I witnessed her taking the food and placed it back into the main line. It was beyond nasty and unhealthy due to today's crisis and the health department guidelines. I immediately asked the lady not to that and reported the situation to management. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The owner played on her cell phone while the staff went in a small room and held conversations while the customers waited for refills on their drinks. We were there for over an hour and the waiter never came back to see how we were doing! When we were leaving, my wife told the manager (that was on her cell phone most of the time) what occurred, she acted suprised and then had the nerve to question who exactly was not doing their job.
