I've tried to get ahold of the area manager for over 2 weeks and they are "not available" and let me know they will return my call. And yet, no returned call. I've also submitted an inquiry online and no response to that either. Only reason I haven't moved out is because I don't have the man power to move all my stuff all over but as soon as I do I am leaving this facility and never looking back. Don't do business with this company.

That's where I met Angel, and he completely turned the experience around. Despite also being part of the same meeting, Angel took the time to greet me, answer all my questions, and help me find the right storage solution without hesitation. This is a secure gated facility with an in house manager living in the upper level of the office area. This affordable mini storage has at least more than 500 ground level units with different sizes starting from 6'X6' to 16'X42' depending on your needs. They have easy accessability to the units with the wide driveways to be able to unload or move out your stuff! Their new office hours are as follows: Monday - Friday : 9am - 5pm Saturday &Sunday : 9am - 1pm

Staff repeatedly approach us while we're simply trying to access our unit and even comment on how much we have stored, which is completely inappropriate. We were also told we can only be on-site for about an hour with no clear explanation, and we've even had police called on us while we were just using our storage unit normally. The environment feels overly controlling, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. Instead of customer service, it feels like constant suspicion and harassment toward paying tenants Not worth the stress or treatment.
