We let them know Cooper can be anxious around shavers, and the daughter (so sorry I didn't catch her name) was incredibly patient, gentle, and accommodating with him. I went to pick up my dog Oliver and everything looked fine but of course Louise was holding him so…read moreI couldn't see his legs. Right after picking him up we went to the gym and we were there for a few hours. He slept the whole time. Then when he turned to the side and I picked him up that's when I noticed the bad wound he had on his leg. Immediately I went back to let them know I was very upset and this had been the second time that he had been injured where nobody discussed it with me and told me. I told them I wanted my money back and I will never go back there again. The gentleman took a picture send it to the Groomer and she denied it and said that it never happened and that he did it Oliver did it! I was very emotional and I cried there was no sympathy from either one of them they were not gonna give me my money back and they kept saying they didn't do it when obviously they did... I was very upset and they were not gonna give me my money and I told them I was gonna call the police. I was not gonna back down on this since they did it they were trying to make it look like I did it to Oliver and I was trying to get my money back. Like I said this is the second time they've done it the first time it was different I forgave them and they were like oh sorry I forgot to tell you, but now that they're saying they didn't do it and they weren't gonna give me my money back that's the time that I said no more of this crap It's not fair to Oliver and it's not fair to me. While I was crying I said please just give me my money back I will never come. so of course he walks away then he handed me the $55 and says make sure you tell the next Groomer he's a biter and don't ever come back, which I told him when I first walked in I am never coming back to this place.. plus it always smelled and hair was always around it's not a well kept business. Anybody that hurts and inflict pain on your injured animals they are not good people and they're liars!! so if you're smart you won't do business with this place there's a lot of other businesses that will treat your dog a lot better and not hurt them. Beware of Bark And Biscuit!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG, she…read morereminded me when I started menstruating, the ache, pains, bloating, discomfort, kind of losing my marbles of those feelings for the first time. I felt bad for my Sombra even tho SHE was going through a change, and only me, her mommy, had to act very, very fast to try and figure out how can I get her back to feeling somewhat better temporarily. I couldn't wait for Amazon to deliver a day or two later. I called Petsmart Merced, spoke to Jonathan and he quickly guided me with some products they may have in stock. Once I arrived, another staffer directed me to the right isle and I was able to view what I believed my kitty needed but I needed Jonathan's feedback too and WE both picked up the same product. Thank Jonathan and team for your assistance to this urgent matter. I would recommend my family, friends and newcomers to Petsmart Merced. Everyone have a wonderful day! Yes, I am calling around for my kitty to be spayed soon I hope. It killed me to see how my Sombra was suffering going into heat.

I've been coming to this do-it-yourself dog wash for about five years now, and it's been such a…read moreconvenient and reliable option for bathing my dog. It's especially helpful if you live in a small apartment or don't want to deal with fur clogging your sink or tub at home. The tubs have latches to help keep your dog secure, which definitely helps if your pup isn't the most well-behaved during bath time (like mine). The facility provides soap, towels, and dryers, which is great, although I like that I can bring my own products since my dog has itchy skin. The staff has always been sweet and helpful, which makes the experience even better. They're welcoming, attentive, and happy to assist if you need anything. The stations make it easy to rinse and wash your dog without making a huge mess, and the whole process is much simpler than trying to do it at home. Even when my dog gets impatient by the rinse-and-dry stage, it's still far less stressful than bathing her in my apartment. After five years of coming here, it's still my go-to spot. I'd definitely recommend it to other dog owners looking for an easy, clean, and practical bathing solution.
