I had to call and leave a message twice, got a call back ( at 8:15 AM when most people are arriving at work and can't possibly answer the phone) left another message (yes, i need an appointment, no I can't do 2 pm on a Tuesday, I work, just give me anything on the weekends, I don't care how long the wait) fast forward 2 more voice mail exchanges and I finally have an appointment. 2. My actual masseuse couldn't have been more pleasant. Damn me for forgetting his name, Sean I believe? He did a good job, worked out all the tension in my neck/shoulders and made me totally relaxed. 3. One negative for the actual service - The massage room has a door, but its super thin. I could hear a woman outside (sounded suspiciously like the owner that was a pain to deal with) having a lively conversation with another woman right outside the door. You'd think a spa place would be the same as a library - Silence Please! Overall, the actual service performed was good, all the other stuff, meh.

This is a dry spa-no hot tub, vichy shower, jacuzzi, shower of any kind...so I would not want to get any "spa treatments" because if you get a scrub or a masque, you will be wearing at least part of it home! It is comfy and homey inside. Tucked away in the trees near Walsh Tarlton and Bee Caves...aka Massage Therapy alley.

Reminders and confirmation were so helpful. Every interaction was pleasant. Stacey has a very nice demeanor. She makes you feel comfortable and heard. She goes above and beyond and has a sense about massage work so that it is just a perfect experience. She listened to everything that I told her about the accident I had been in and how it affected my body and what preferences were important to me in a massage session and she was able to then take all of that and her natural talent to create just what I needed. Five stars is not enough. I highly recommend her.

I woke up hurting really badly and needed some bodywork. I called around and Jamie was able to get me in his schedule relatively quickly, praise the Lord!! After arriving he went over my health forms and we discussed pressure and main focus for the massage. To me...I have a hard time knowing what soft pressure is versus medium pressure, so we discussed that. He adapted throughout the massage to what I asked for pressure wise. He was very professional, had a super comfy table, environment and music. He has very calming energy and I couldn't have been more pleased. I will definitely be back!

No one answered so I left a voicemail and Jaime called right back to get me booked. They have late appointments so I was able to go right after work. He send me my email confirmation as I was able to fill out my forms online to get everything ready for my appointment. Building is in the center of the food truck park on 5000 Burnet so I loved that it's very close to me and I thought it was funny I never realized that it was there and I go to those food trucks at least twice a week. I got there at 5:50 for my 6:05 appointment and the door was locked so I called and immediately Jaime came down to open the door, he was with another client but I waited in a very small waiting area. He then changed the sheets and walked me in to the treatment room. We had a short conversation and he clarified any questions I had. I soon was on the massage table and the magic began! I hold all my tension on my shoulders so I usually have upper back pain with tightness on my neck, chest (pectoral muscles) and in between my shoulder blades. His massage was very different from any massage I have ever gotten, he more like put pressure on a spot then moved with my breath. It was not much of a rub like other places do it was more of him knowing where my most tight spots were and helping feel a release. I wish I would have purchased an 80 minute session but I still very much enjoyed my 45 minute one. I highly recommend Jaime and will be back to get one of his packages (he has 3 session or 5 session packages). Can't wait to come back!
