On the day of the appointment I was told that they charge for the time of the massage therapist and not the time that you spend on the table. While I understand that taking my health history is part of the one hour. But Anton kept insisting that finding a parking setting up the table will all be part of the one hour. I have a seven month old baby, so this was a very frustrating because I had planned my whole day around this. Anton kept arguing that in all clinics the one hour includes setting up the table and essentially the time of the therapist and not the time on the table. THIS WAS ALL AFTER SHARA CONFIRMED WITH ME THE PREVIOUS DAY THAT I WOULD BE GETTING A FULL HOUR ON THE TABLE AND SHE WOULD COME EARLY TO SET UP. Shara also was extremely rude in her conversation with me AND COMPLETELY FLIPPED ON ME THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. Never have I been to a massage where I didn't spend the booked time on the table. I ended up canceling my appointment. Found Anton very argumentative. Extremely horrible customer service. If only owners these days cared about their customers.

I had some practioners come in to help my elderly parents with some movement issues and only found out afterwards, no vaccines. It isn't mandatory to be vaccinated, as it's personal choice - but caution you to ask this question before hand and before the practitioner comes to the house. Don't assume just because they work in healthcare, work with seniors and are in and out of people's homes all week that they are vaccinated or will be vaccinated. They are adhering to each of their college's protocols (masks, handwashing) but that may not be enough assurance for you in terms of transmission. Personally I think this should be made note on the website prior to the booking, so clients and potential clients are aware before hand, but the owner, Anton says as the business owner and by law he doesn't have to indicate this. Just a caution. Accupuncture practitioner also left two needles in my parent's head by accident, they found them when they went to brush their hair. According to Anton, that's no big deal, as you can leave needles in for up to a week without harm. They were left by accident, my parent found them with their hand and hairbrush. Not super safe. The treatments themselves are starting to provide some relief. Just be very diligent and advocate for proper and safe treatment and care. In my phone call with Anton I didn't the impression that a customer's wellbeing ,health and safety is his first priority as a business owner in the healthcare services industry.

There are several doctors that may see you but I've seen Dr. Artaj and I swear I didn't even make eye contact with the guy, he was filling out his pad the whole 2 minute encounter. Good for speed... sure, but I waited an hour. After this I've seen the Rx was only for 30 days. For a refill, you have to wait in line AGAIN for them filling out a simple sheet of paper for a renewal. Average wait time is an hour. In a cramped waiting area smaller than the reception's "booth", I'll say NO THANKS. Also, you can designate this company as your "primary doctor" as they do family care as well, but after my experience with the doc I'll shift my business elsewhere.
