Triangle physio is an amazing clinic to visit…read more This place is like a one stop shop for all your needs, they have RMT, Acupuncture, Natural Path, and Chiropodist. My visits to triangle are for natural path and physiotherapy. Triangle is also very eco friendly. Their treatment plans are written on laminated sheets so it can be reused! Lindsay McPherson is my physiotherapist and she is great! For each of your visits, you're taken into private treatment rooms. The treatment rooms are spacious to allow the physio to provide treatment and some exercises The treatment you get is hands on treatment while trying to determine the root cause of your pain. Other clinics which I have visited will rely on machines purely to treat your injuries while attending to multiple patients at the same time. For all exercises, there is a large open space called the gym so you can have exercises demonstrate to you and the physiotherapist can also see how you're performing each exercise. If you're like me, and you forget your exercises, the physiotherapist can email them to you as well. At the end of each session, if you do have a lot of pain because of your injury, you're able to ask for some tens machine to relieve some of the pain. The only downside of this clinic is the paid parking located in the parking garage. The cost is about $1 per 30 minutes but you can park across the street and walk on over if you have time. Overall, if you're looking for quality and qualified physiotherapy or natural path, visit Triangle. You'll get your money's worth here.

I wanted to book a massage with one of the RMTs who came recommended but I was told by reception that she was leaving the business. They do offer a variety of other medical services.
