I put money in the change machine, a $20 bill in fact and received only $1.25 in change. I left three notes and made two phone calls and was assured that I would be reimbursed. My recent Sunday morning load of laundry was done there in Boone, as Squeaky Clean's outpost in Ames didn't provide any means for obtain quarters. There were no such issues here in Boone, aside from having to feed more quarters in than I expected. The Laundromat itself was clean and spacious, and with plenty of washers, dryers, and folding tables available. Fellow patrons were a mix of families, single adults, and students. There was also a clean restroom available and easy access to my car and the street. The bottom line was that my clothes came out clean and dry.

The facilities were clean and empty on a Monday afternoon. I GREATLY appreciated that there wasn't much of a laundry scent, as I am sensitive to fragrances. Bring cash or quarters. It is open 24 hours! A wash is about $5 and dry is about $3 to get your stuff completely washed and dried. That's just for 1 load so a little pricy, but overall I would pay more for a clean laundry mat. Lots of washers and dryers available when I went. Parking right in front which was nice! Make sure to bring cash because the credit card change machine was broken!
