By far the best customer service I have ever seen. They will spend all the time you need to look at anything you want they don't rush you and don't pressure you in to buying anything. They also take the time to inform you about different guns and calibers show you several different options. Prices are good and they treat you right!!!! read more

I had an excellent experience here. The staff were extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. The customer service really stood out--after my first visit, I knew I would be coming back...and I have, several times. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection with reasonable prices. They have a very diverse inventory and have a large variety. Hunting, target practice, single action, etc. they have it covered. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great shopping experience and top-notch service. read more

Friendly staff very knowledgeable. I enjoy doing business with them. I look forward to my next purchase. read more

Lincoln Gun Exchange is -the- best local gun dealer in the area. Everyone here is so welcoming and approachable. With the shop a few minutes away from me, sometimes (truthfully, oftentimes), I come by simply to chat and pass time. Their humor and wealth of knowledge make an otherwise mundane day that much better. Prices are reasonable, and the selection of 1911s (for which I have a soft spot) and used/consignment finds is one of the most varied and intriguing. I highly recommend this place, and would look no further! *Also, I learned that they're dog-friendly too! I can see it being a non-judgmental, safe place for dogs to socialize. read more

Found some cool antique firearms. I love antique firearms and I found a nice Winchester 22 gallery gun. Love it. Nice and friendly staff eager to answer your questions. I drove all the way from Los Banos to shop there. Well worth the trip. read more

Glad to see a nice, mom and pop gun shop in town. The owner Randy is very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in looking for something that he didn't have in stock or in the warehouse, so I ordered it online and had Randy do the transfer paperwork and DROS for me. We communicated via email and phone a few times and everything went through flawlessly. They have a pretty good selection of pistols and long guns even though the shop is on the smaller side. Their prices are reasonable, I would say about the same range as Sportsman's. Due to the personal touch and friendly service, I would definitely come here from now on before going to Sportsman's. read more

These guys are the most helpful, down to earth, gun experts I've ever been to. Great knowledge and great customer service, something that is sorely lacking in other shops, such as Outdoorsmens Warehouse, and other local stores. If you want to be comfortable and treated right, this is the place to go! It is now the only gun shop I will go to... read more

Well seeing how i work in customer service and give good service I would expect the same type of service from a small business like this but today when I picked up my gun it felt like i was unappreciated felt like I was processed through as fast as possible I asked questions about ammo got short answers printed over there and said any of those will work well let's think here a first time buyer at this store you think I'm gonna go back nope I won't recommend it I won't go back no thank you not for the price i paid bass pro shop and Sportsmans warehouse will give you better customer service than this business if you want to support a small business J&g are the place worth the drive! read more

Brought a Glock in for a ghost trigger swap. I said how long ? They said couple of weeks. I said how much? They said oh around a hundred easy swap. Picked it up today 4 weeks later and the bill was 160. Plus I had called in at the 2 week mark (thinking the gun might be ready) and requested they put a new battery in the laser sight while torn down. Laser was working when I dropped off. Today laser deader than Dicks hatband. Meanwhile they are swamped selling everyone a new gun before the zombies come over the fence. I get it. You're busy. But this rush soon will end and gun work will become what gets you thru till the next zombie invasion. Good luck Al Becker read more

This Shop is an excellent example of what a Local Gun Shop Represents, Honesty, knowledgeable & Customer Service. I moved to the area with my wife back in January Of 2019 and finally walked in to this establishment hoping for a favorable experience & was rewarded with just that. I was helped by everyone in the shop and the gentlemen that took it upon himself to answer all my questions show me some great products was Dave. He was kind and patient all while making you feel valued and like he was happy you were there. It's refreshing as well to shop a Gun Store and not feel like your gun knowledge is inferior which can happen from time to time when visiting certain Gun Shops. Go Visit This Gun Shop and support them as a local vendor and enjoy there hospitality. read more

Wouldn't sell shot gun shells stated they were holding them for a trap team...I didn't know you could with hold a sell for a particular group, but glad to know they do this! read more

Love the small town support and top notch service you get here! We went to a couple different stores in search of a handgun and am glad we ended up here. We were greeted immediately and Ed was a wealth of information. He was funny, relatable and helped us tremendously. A great experience with no issues at all. I'll definitely be back! read more

Really nice guys that are also informative and helpful. Nice selection of used guns at reasonable prices. Highly recommend this shop and these guys! read more

Great customer service. I knew what I wanted and they helped me along the way. I will DEFINITELY shop there again! There is a gun shop closer to where we live. They are pretty much customer no service. This place is about a 35 minute drive for me, but well worth it. read more

There is no better dealer in the area then the folks here LGE. Everyone from the owner all the way down to his son (just kidding) really treat everyone like family. They are even really willing to go out of the way to help customers. Just super good people. Keep your business with local Lincoln companies whenever you can. Here is your chance. read more

All gun stores should be like this. I went in looking for a tool. They did not have one in stock but after hearing I had been to 7 different gun stores that day the owner sold me the wrench I was looking off of his work bench. That is service. Everyone there was nice and friendly. No typical gun shop bravado bullshit. read more

Ok pricing, but not great customer service. They'll take your money just fine, even when it's past their store closing time. Once they have your money, it's a different story. Paperwork said that the gun was sold at 5:10pm, but no one was willing to stay the extra 10 min on the 10th day for us to actually to pick up the gun on a Saturday, so now we have to wait till they open again on Wednesday. That's the other downfall to this place. They are only open 4 days a week. Thanks for the gun, but we won't be back and neither will we recommend this store. And another thing....the gun we purchased comes with three magazines. Because they are high capacity, obviously the owner of the store couldn't give them to us. He had to switch them out for 10 round clips. So instead of giving us three 10 rounds, he only gave us two saying that they cost him almost 50 a pop (which they did). Well, what are you going to do with the other three? Sell them? I doubt they will be thrown away....that's not fair. Finally, after going back on Wednesday, my fiancée showed up 10 minutes before they closed and they had already locked up. Luckily, the really tall guy (who we really like and is very knowledgable) saw him and came to open the door. I really think that the owner doesn't care much about keeping people happy after he has your money. read more

THEY'VE MOVED.... Now on the corner of HWY 65 and 5th Street Genuinely kind hearted people. Who would ever think those words were to describe a gun store. But that's what we have here. Randy along with his crew of gun enthusiast has put Lincoln on the map. It really is a mom and pop store like many have mentioned here so far. No gimmicky tactics to sell fire arms. Just old school honest business. The selection you find at the store is nothing compared to what you will find at Sportsman's Warehouse. What's important is, you can get any gun as long as you know what you want even if it's not on display. Randy will try hard to find you that gun and more importantly at a reasonable price. There is a gunsmith in store that is there a few days out of the week and he seems like a very knowledgeable guy from my encounters with him. LGE also does gun and dealer transfers. You can also find your normal products with magazines, holsters, targets, and general accessories at this store. Great store front with great customer service. Don't forget to say hi to Moose. Pros: Customer Service Ability to get firearms Small store front Cons: It's far from the house. read more

This shop is known for their intergerty. I sold a gun and they gave me way more than I expected. they could have cheated me by not telling me what they got for my gun. Trust and honesty is the message here. read more

Nice store, reminds me of the old school gun stores I went in as a kid with my dad, back when we were a free state. Nice people great selection. Had to laugh at the few negative reviews. Great selection of new and used firearms! The prices are on par with other shops but there are many great deals to be had on gently used firearms here. This is one of the best gun stores I have ever been in. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Love the cartoons and memes posted on the window. They always give me a good laugh when walking past the store. As for the young person below, who doesn't like the memes, I seriously doubt you have bought or plan to purchase a firearm anywhere, because I have never been in a real gun shop that did not have a sense of humor and post things mocking those who are against the Constitution of the United States of America. read more

I purchased a gun from Lincoln Gun Exchange a few weeks ago. The transaction was quick and the staff very friendly. I just purchased my first ever firearm here a couple of weeks ago. Being new to the whole gun buying experience, i researched bolt action rifles to try and see what is out there. After i had an idea of what i wanted, i emailed them with a bunch of questions regarding specific brands and calibers and firearm buying laws. They emailed me back the next day and we set up a meeting time. when i came in they had a couple of rifles set aside for me and were prepared for any questions. They were very helpful in walking me through everything. i feel very comfortable with them and plan on doing all of my gun and ammo shopping here. I just picked up my beautiful Remington 700 BDL last wednesday and i am very happy with the purchase. Thanks Guys! read more

The guys that run this shop are all amazing. They take their time with you and answer any questions you may have. They are customer service oriented. Which is the total opposite from any other guns store around the area!! Thank you Lincoln gun store! You make spending upwards of 600$ for a hand gun worth it! Also their inventory is pretty full considering it's a gun shop in California and they have most ammo in stock! I will be returning with more money to keep these guys in business!! read more

Great service and decent prices. I have purchased a few firearms through them and each time they have been helpful. It was busy this last time I went in and they all treated me fairly and quickly.
