Glad to see a nice, mom and pop gun shop in town. The owner Randy is very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in looking for something that he didn't have in stock or in the warehouse, so I ordered it online and had Randy do the transfer paperwork and DROS for me. We communicated via email and phone a few times and everything went through flawlessly. They have a pretty good selection of pistols and long guns even though the shop is on the smaller side. Their prices are reasonable, I would say about the same range as Sportsman's. Brought a Glock in for a ghost trigger swap. I said how long ? They said couple of weeks. I said how much? They said oh around a hundred easy swap. Picked it up today 4 weeks later and the bill was 160. Plus I had called in at the 2 week mark (thinking the gun might be ready) and requested they put a new battery in the laser sight while torn down. Laser was working when I dropped off. Today laser deader than Dicks hatband. Meanwhile they are swamped selling everyone a new gun before the zombies come over the fence. I get it. You're busy. They did not have one in stock but after hearing I had been to 7 different gun stores that day the owner sold me the wrench I was looking off of his work bench. That is service. Ok pricing, but not great customer service. They'll take your money just fine, even when it's past their store closing time. Once they have your money, it's a different story. Paperwork said that the gun was sold at 5:10pm, but no one was willing to stay the extra 10 min on the 10th day for us to actually to pick up the gun on a Saturday, so now we have to wait till they open again on Wednesday. That's the other downfall to this place. They are only open 4 days a week. Thanks for the gun, but we won't be back and neither will we recommend this store. And another thing....the gun we purchased comes with three magazines. Because they are high capacity, obviously the owner of the store couldn't give them to us. He had to switch them out for 10 round clips. So instead of giving us three 10 rounds, he only gave us two saying that they cost him almost 50 a pop (which they did). Well, what are you going to do with the other three? Sell them? I doubt they will be thrown away....that's not fair. Finally, after going back on Wednesday, my fiancée showed up 10 minutes before they closed and they had already locked up. Luckily, the really tall guy (who we really like and is very knowledgable) saw him and came to open the door. I really think that the owner doesn't care much about keeping people happy after he has your money. read more

Randy along with his crew of gun enthusiast has put Lincoln on the map. It really is a mom and pop store like many have mentioned here so far. No gimmicky tactics to sell fire arms. Just old school honest business. The selection you find at the store is nothing compared to what you will find at Sportsman's Warehouse. What's important is, you can get any gun as long as you know what you want even if it's not on display. Randy will try hard to find you that gun and more importantly at a reasonable price. There is a gunsmith in store that is there a few days out of the week and he seems like a very knowledgeable guy from my encounters with him. LGE also does gun and dealer transfers. You can also find your normal products with magazines, holsters, targets, and general accessories at this store. Great store front with great customer service. Don't forget to say hi to Moose. After i had an idea of what i wanted, i emailed them with a bunch of questions regarding specific brands and calibers and firearm buying laws.
