First time here on a Saturday afternoon. Just wanted a couple drinks before we headed home. Good selection of drinks. But one question, when did a beer or a glass of wine become as expensive as a meal in a restaurant? I can go a couple miles from my house and visit multiple wineries and/or breweries. The cost for a bottle of wine is around $30.00 (yes, it is much cheaper at a grocery store but trying to make a point here) We'll get about 6 glasses out of that bottle, that's $5.00 a glass. Places these days are $12.00 to $15.00 a glass. And beer at $8.00!! No wonder so many places are finding it hard to stay in business these days. Anyway, loved the vibe and atmosphere of this place. This place had a great atmosphere and live music! It was perfect for all ages and pets! The food is reasonably priced and there is a great selection of beers of tap and wine. I tried the small pretzel and the wagyu sliders. Both were great choices. It was busy so the service was a little slower but it was a full house and you could tell all staff were moving with intention. There was a place for my niece to play with toys and a cool foosball table. A great place to spend the afternoon for sports fans too with the big tv outside too. read more

Stopped here on a Friday night for a beer before going home . Everything in Lincoln closes so early so glad Lincoln Gardens was open . It was a nice night not too cold they have some cool fire pits that kept us warm . It's a nice cute patio with lights games a kid area . They offer food ,wine and beers on tap . April helped us that night she was so nice and attentive. You can get beers on tap or on a can . They had some music playing in the background we were relaxing by the fire pit It was a really nice night . So glad we have this option in Lincoln we needed this . I've been wanting to try this place since they first opened. I love beer gardens and was extremely excited one opened in our little town. I love supporting local where we can. We visited on a Saturday afternoon thinking we wouldn't be able to find a table for our group of 6 but there was one left for us. They have a good amount of shade and areas to sit. They have lights strung all around the patio so I'm imagining it has a date night vibe during the evening. They had a good selection of beers,ciders and wines. Our group ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and the Wagyu burger and they did not disappoint. The spicy sandwich are has two options to choose from honey hot and Carolina reaper. We chose the honey hot. It is very clean, has two big TVs, corn hole, foosball table and a little area for kids to play. One downside is the kids playhouse is in the corner by the bathrooms. I would give them 5 stars since our visit was pleasant and the food was good, however as I was playing with my kids in the corner the rest of my family was booted from the table we were sitting at so a couple could sit there. (There were plenty of bar seats and a lounge area to sit as well) I understand needing to turn tables, but there is a respectful way of doing so. Telling the customers they are done is not the way. Little did they know I still had a tab open and it was my turn to buy a round. I was also contemplating desserts for the kids. After my husband told me what happened I decided it was best for us to spend our money elsewhere. This place has a ton of potential they just need to put a little more care into taking care of the "customer". Not sure if we will be back again. I cannot say enough good things about not only the restaurant and beer selection but also the staff and ownership. We visited yesterday (Sunday) afternoon for the first time after having many friends who spoke so highly of this establishment. We had to check it out! The selection of adult beverages was amazing. They had something for every palate. My husband had a couple different IPA's and I got to try their kombucha and the sour. Everything was delicious! We shared the burger and my daughter grubbed on the giant pretzel! I'm not always a mustard fan but theirs was SO good and the beer cheese had us coming back for seconds. Where things went wonky (MY FAULT) was when we left I left my purse on my chair by the fire pit with my ONLY set of car keys (we came in my husband's car). This lovely establishment isn't open again until Thursday. That's 3 days away which left me with none of the things us adults need to do normal life, UH OH!! Totally my bad but yikes when we have rain expected! I was able to get in contact with the owners Michael and Cheryl and they were so amazingly understanding, helpful and full of grace. With the help of the manager Ben, I was able to get my bag (keys, cards, etc back the very next day) despite the fact that the business was not open to the public for a few days. Please, go visit them. Enjoy the food, the libations, and the amazing community, they have solidified themself as a staple for us. It's so worth it! So, I love a good German pretzel. This was not it. Pretzel tastes like wonder bread with a pretzel coating. It came with a cheese and a mustard. Way too small for the size of the pretzel. Filthy...I understand it's an outside establishment but the bathrooms were filthy, you can see dirt built up under the ice machine where the extra pump tops for the syrups are haphazardly stored. Stopped here in 6/14. The space is very nice , even on a warm day the misters they have keep the area cool. The service was excellent, from the young lady behind the register to chef and young man who served the food. The PoBoy sandwich is excellent! The herbal spread which is served on the sandwich is a perfect match for the shrimp. The drunken fries have a ton of flavor from the caramelized onions and bacon. A newer addition to the ever growing Lincoln beer scene, Lincoln Gardens is one of my favorite new places to relax and enjoy a cold brew! They have a really nice outside patio that overlooks the main town thoroughfare, with misters on warm days and a large fire ring for cold days. The beer menu is nicely thought out, with brews to satisfy most every palate. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. You can order food from the restaurant next door and have them bring it over. My wife and I have visited this location on three separate occasions and unfortunately each visit was worse than the last. We were both disappointed by the food and inattentive service. During each visit, there were not very many other customers present yet the food took a very long time to be prepared and was lacking in flavor and poorly prepared. At the walk-up window where you order, the staff was not very knowledgable on their own food and beverage options which made for a very frustrating experience. We sit around the fire pit and there is always additional heaters, they also have blankets for additional warmth on colder nights, the employees from the bar tender and cook are so nice and remember our order, there is nothing else in lincoln like this, super welcoming, clean bathrooms and plenty of activity's to keep the kiddos busy, We requested a Netflix Christmas movie on the big TV and they changed the channel no problem, I frequent this establishment every few weeks, my 9 and 11yr old enjoy coming here also, no complaints here! read more

The cook who delivered our food (we did not catch his name, he had dark hair in a small pony tail or bun) threw our food down on the table, barely made eye contact and looked bothered to be there. A woman with long brown hair (we believe her name was amber or April, something of that nature) who we later found out to be their manager was so rude to us, to our friends and to our family. Husbands review: Decided to try this new place. A little difficult to find. Made our way to the "bar" location. They were out of like 6 beers which we had to ask for the menu. The waitress and bar guy were sitting down at a table in front of the counter. Looked like there was no one to serve us. The person serving the beer was sitting at a table with a girl. When we walked up at close to 4:00pm, the guys gets up to go behind the counter. There was a Guess hand back on the counter of what I thought was the menu. The guy puts it back without saying a word, no greeting mind you, and says, oh. The beer menu is on the table (where he was sitting). He asks the girl he was sitting with to pass us the menu. My husband gets it, as not to disturb the girl. I order a sour and the guy proceeds to say, oh we were pretty busy over the weekend. I should have told you what isn't available. We order what was available. We saw onion rings on the table but no food menu around. No offer of anything. Just complete lack of customer service. Always willing to try a new place.
