Lana was really helpful. I had to quickly replace a mask and it was a special Solo Pillows model that they had to "piece together" to make it meet my request with variable sizes. Lana didn't want me to wait while she tried to build it from their inventory and called me back after she had completed it. Very personable. If I could give negative stars I would!!! This is the WORST medical place I have ever dealt with and should be charged with Medicare & Medicaid fraud. My CPAP machine would not turn on at all about a month after getting it. I called and they told me someone would be out to pick it up. They never showed up!!! I then continued to make calls once a week to my "sleep support team." They also documented my calling and that the machine was not working. They would then transfer me to the local Appleton office which would put me on hold for about 20 minutes then hang up on me. This happened over and over. Yesterday I received 3 letters dated 1 day apart from Lincare saying they have been trying to contact me for being non-compliant. I called again. She called the local office-- they left me on hold again! They told me they were going to pick it up and fix it. I got a call first thing the next morning-- no one in thier office does pick up. Twenty minutes later they are picking it up. NOT TO FIX IT, but because I am non-compliant. Again, they are the worst! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! read more

I am type 1 diabetic and have been getting my insulin pump supplies from Lincare for the past 8 months. I was initially disappointed that they don't have an autoship option and will only send out a 2 month supply - so when I need refills, I have to call to order them every other month. Not a huge deal, and generally they are here the next day so I could overlook it. Until this month. I called to refill my supplies- they told me my prescription had not come through. My prescription is good for a year and was written in August of this past year. Ok. I call my doctor to ask them what's up. They tell me the prescription is good, they even sent it over again for good measure. I call Lincare back. Oh. It's not the prescription they need. It's a certificate of medical necessity. Then it's an issue with the dates. Lots of back and forth and blaming anyone and everyone possible for the "miscommunication" - meanwhile I'm going on week 2 with no supplies. This has happened twice now. My last call, I was told I would "get what I get" when attempting to refill my supplies - meaning they weren't going to actually fill my prescription. They were going to send what they felt I needed. Just a hot mess of a place. If you care about your health - and have to rely on a company to get you the supplies that are medically necessary for you to LIVE - I highly HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere. read more

Unbelievable horrible place to deal with. No one knows what the heck they are doing. They were supposed to send out papers for me to sign to get my supplies. 3 weeks later I called and told them the papers never came. A Guy told me looks like they were never sent. He said they were going in the mail that day. 3 weeks later still no papers. Just called today and cancelled my account. I should have listened to the bad reviews the first time. Unprofessional and don't know how they stay in business. But I will file a complain with the BBB. read more

They lose prescriptions, they don't communicate with anyone. Terrible company to deal with. I've been stuck using the same nasal pillow on my cpap machine for nearly two months now because of their lack of communication and inability to hang on to doctor's prescriptions. read more

Okay so my cpap machine was under a recall. After waiting roughly 2 years for my new machine, it finally arrives. Only it's missing the water tank. I call Lincare and they tell me I should get ahold of Phillips Respironics. I said wait a minute. Your my supplier and I need some help with this new machine.Finally they said come on in. Went there and all the rep did was try to give me some supplies. She finally went and got the manager. Fellow by the name of Scott. He told me that since Phillips had issued a recall on their machines that at this office they didn't handle supplies for Phillips anymore. Well after a little bit more talk he asked if I could make another appointment, which I did. Scott also asked if I could leave the papers and my new machine with him. On a Friday. I went back. Scott met with me and had a new water tank that he put on my machine and he explained that he had gone to Green Bay to get it and talked with their Phillips expert up there. He said he learned a lot about the new machine. What Scott did was to grab the bull by the horns and did an admirable job on helping me. Scott I really appreciate you going that extra mile for me. Over time, we have had great service with the Appleton Lincare location. The folks at this location are great. However, once we tried to cancel services, we were unsuccessful. The number to call is different than the location, and the location is unable to work on our behalf with this. They keep giving me the same number to call for supplies and billing. We now have 4 months worth of supplies "in stock" in our closet. Just received a new shipment this week after repeated efforts to cancel. Even attempted a "return to sender" with no luck. We now have different insurance and are being billed the full amount for something we don't want. Repeated calls to billing and supplies have left me in a phone-mail-hell. read more
