I am so appreciative of the CVS on Green Bay Road in Neenah Wi I want to spread some good cudo's to…read morethem. I certainly do not want my pharmacy to rush or be in disarray and they never are. They are always focused and professional with the fluctuating amount of prescriptions they get and anxiety from people picking up prescriptions following doctor visits and new scary diagnoses i.e. me very early heart failure. The team stays stable efficient and focused. I have been happy with the pharmacist and assistants over the past 20 years since I moved here from Minnesota. They bend over backwards for me when they can, but I think I convey "I know there are other people ahead of me so please let me know what works for your level of daily staffing and incoming orders for pickup". Often the orders are ready when I get there from the doctors office. However, I am patient. I know the CVS staff on Green Bay road is doing their best. The new service calling me when my prescription is ready is great! As people they are kind, considerate, smart, always upkept, smiling and I feel like they are family and have my back. I appreciate the clear concise instructions on the drugs I get. They are always just wonderful people to deal with polite professional and caring! It's fulfilling going there and seeing people who care about me!

I have never had this happen ever. My refill prescription pill bottle lid was dirty and smudged on…read morethe inside. Ugh. The bottle on the bottom also looks used and dirty. Very disappointing. I have to bother my doctor for another refill and find a new pharmacy. Sorry CVS, love your mile long receipts and your fabulous deals but the pharmacy needs some improvement.

Though it is the pharmacy that is farthest from my residence, and despite the fact that there are…read morestocking issues and price issues, I go there because of the coupons and rewards for Extracare Savings members. This only CVS stand alone store in Oshkosh for the most part has polite, helpful respectful store assistants and a male manager who always tried to help when this customer needed and asked. Also the pharmacy staff are great and very helpful and knwoledgeable. However there is one female (Assistant? 'Day manager'?) who appears to have some kind of personal vendetta that came through in the way she treats me when I am there. The last straw was today when she refused to hand me the online order that I received notification to pick up at the store. As the email suggested, I took a copy (on my phone) of that email that had my first name and order number and showed her the email message. She asked for my name (lengthy and hard to pronounce for most), and I asked 'does the message not show my name?'. She ignored it and sternly asked 'what is your name'? I refused to tell her my name (as I said, the email message had my first name and the order number which is what I was urged in the e-message to show the store assistant) as I felt she was harassing me forcing me like the previous time to follow a non-existent rule. She refused to hand me my products for which I had already paid online. There was no other staff in the store. Now I have to either go to the store again when she is not there to pick it up (or follow her 'order') or see if I can cancel and get a refund. If after she found my products based on the first name and order number, if she wanted to see my ID, I would have no problem, because then I would see it as her making sure that it went to the right person. Now I understand what people of color mean when they say they feel harassed and discriminated against!

When a company messes up, they need to fix it. I had a pretty inconvenient and frustrating…read morepurchase. I have the manager the details and he stepped up and got it done. He absolutely did the right thing. As a business owner, consultant and entrepreneur, kudos to the manager. He did right by me!! Thank thank you

I haven't been in a Wal-Mart in a very long time…read more Since I'm online catching up on reviews, I'm including this one. My last new years resolution was to stop shopping at Wal-Marts and Sams Clubs, FOREVER. A half a year later, I am still sticking to it and finding it easier and easier to not go back with every week that passes. My reasons for doing this are simple. The types of people they hire show no interest in excelling to reach customer satisfaction. The Wal-Mart business is just too dam big. The customer is no longer valued as such, ...a customer. The shelves are stocked with garbage that comes from China or just not worth buying. POINT: If you have healthy feet, do NOT buy footwear from Wal-Mart. Many products aren't as labeled, ...example being men's belts labeled as genuine leather. The clearance aisles in some, or all of the Wal-Marts can be a deceptive joke. Some items have been found actually priced higher than the standard going price elsewhere. And this is supposed to be clearance? Do they actually believe that some customers won't stand right there in that Aisle and not go online and check items for the going prices elsewhere? News flash! Customers aren't stupid. The self checkout technology. I'm sorry. Customers buy your products and you want them to do the stores job without getting a discount for doing it? That don't fly in my eyes. That's just another disrespectful Wal-Mart slap across the customers faces. I'll patronize establishments that respect me enough to use live human cashiers, ...thank you very much. Cutting third shift away from customer shopping. Another self inflicted injury business decision. And again, not thinking about the customer. Groceries. At Wal-Mart, the unhealthy groceries outweigh the healthy groceries. High fructose corn syrup, aspartame, sodium & sugar levels and other synthetic additives are easier to find here than in other grocery stores. The entire cold cereal aisle is junk. Cereals you won't find in other countries like Germany because they've been banned, restricted or outlawed. The pharmacy. Wal-Mart has made the decision to stock their vitamin shelves with vitamins lacking 'GMP' stamps and 'Lab Tested' stamps on the rear labels. Read the ingredients on some of their vitamin bottles. These are things I can't change. But, I can stop shopping here! And I did! Wal-Mart is just too dam big. The customer doesn't matter to them anymore. Incessant Research
