I was thinking "what did I get into"! Well I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with this operation. I was 10th in line when I walked in. But their service was amazingly quick. They had four windows open, and it only took a few minutes for me to get to the front of line. The woman I worked with along with the pharmacist were really friendly, and unlike other pharmacies, they didn't seem stressed by their job . I can see why this place is so busy! One of the workers told us that they have been in the small pond for the last fifteen years. They could barely turn and they need to have more space. The pond, if you can even call it that, needs be upgraded, the koi fish can barely swim and are basically just floating around. Koi fish can live up to 50 years old and they are confined in the small space for the next 35 years. Koi fish also need around 240 gallons of water per fish and need three feet deep and this fountain pond was no where near three feet deep, nor up to 240 gallons, and they had three koi fish. Do not support this business.

This only CVS stand alone store in Oshkosh for the most part has polite, helpful respectful store assistants and a male manager who always tried to help when this customer needed and asked. Also the pharmacy staff are great and very helpful and knwoledgeable. However there is one female (Assistant? 'Day manager'?) who appears to have some kind of personal vendetta that came through in the way she treats me when I am there. The last straw was today when she refused to hand me the online order that I received notification to pick up at the store. As the email suggested, I took a copy (on my phone) of that email that had my first name and order number and showed her the email message. She asked for my name (lengthy and hard to pronounce for most), and I asked 'does the message not show my name?'. She ignored it and sternly asked 'what is your name'? I refused to tell her my name (as I said, the email message had my first name and the order number which is what I was urged in the e-message to show the store assistant) as I felt she was harassing me forcing me like the previous time to follow a non-existent rule. She refused to hand me my products for which I had already paid online. There was no other staff in the store. Now I have to either go to the store again when she is not there to pick it up (or follow her 'order') or see if I can cancel and get a refund. If after she found my products based on the first name and order number, if she wanted to see my ID, I would have no problem, because then I would see it as her making sure that it went to the right person. Now I understand what people of color mean when they say they feel harassed and discriminated against!

Before I confirmed the pharmacy with the doctor, I double checked online that it was still open 24 hours. Arrive to the pharmacy at 9:08 to find out they close at 9:00. The kid working the counter told me they changed hours a month ago because of staffing. Would have been nice if they updated the hours online. Head back to the pharmacy 25 minutes away from my house only to find out they were not yet open because the pharmacist was coming from 1.5 hours away. I wait 45 minutes in store for my prescription. They call my name and start to ring me up. Then they realize that I had two prescriptions sent in. Have to wait longer. These are both new prescriptions to me and all they say to me is "Do you have any questions?" I get home and realize that I'm shorted 2.5 days of one antibiotic. I call and ask if they can just mail me the 5 pills I'm short. He says there's no way he can do that, I have to bring the pills back in and they can give me what they shorted me. I will not be returning to this store for even non-pharmacy needs.
