The female order taker/ cashier was friendly and took the to-go order accurately. When the order was ready, she processed the payment professionally. Update: The new management has been doing a pretty good Job so far. I'm sure there have been a few issues here and there with other customers from time to time, but that's true with most any restaurant. Perfection is always pursued, but rarely achieved by anyone. The dining room seems to stay clean anytime that I've been there. The staff is kind, but the language barrier makes it difficult sometimes. For the most part they do really well, but struggle to explain or understand from time to time, but eventually it all works out. I imagine it gets just as frustrating for the Chinese staff as it does for us sometimes. Just try be extra patient when you arrive. The food is generally pretty good for this Americanized Chinese restaurant. If you're dinner in, you should know ahead of time that this is a CASH ONLY RESTAURANT. Don't worry, because there's an ATM located inside the restaurant as well. Secondly, due to Covid-19 safety measures, your food will be served using disposable dining plates and utensils. I hate this as much as everyone else, but I appreciate their thoughts for customer safety measures. Try to be kind and go in with a peaceful attitude, and I'm almost sure your experience here should be just fine. If I had one request for this restaurant; it would be for a few traditional un-americanized Chinese food items to be placed either on the menu, or written on a small whiteboard as just a few special off menu items that a person could choose from. Was new to area Though we'd try this place out. It was definitely a NO . Place was dirty girls were dressed like they rolled out of bed . Older woman was peeling raw shrimp in the dining room area and when we got our food it tasted old and had no flavor. Definitely don't recommend. read more

I have been eating here for over 16 years. I absolutely love the food. The portions are big. The hot and sour soup is amazing. This is the only place I will eat it. I have never had anything bad from here. My entire family loves it. Even when some visit from Colorado and have so many to choose from. They enjoy this place. Best ever!!!!! read more

This place is one of the best Chinese restaurants I've been too. My favorites that I've tried are the beef lo mein, fried rice of any kind, sesame chicken, and the cream cheese wontons. Can't get enough of this place. And very reasonably prices. Me and my fiancé get half orders and sometimes can't even finish them! And cost us under $12. Sorry, but Lin's is getting kinda dirty, and if the outside and inside is dirty it makes me uncomfortable about the kitchen. Maybe if you live there 24/7 you don't see it clearly? The prices are as high as they are in a clean restaurant. read more

When they first opened they were great. Very clean, great food, great service. When Peter got transferred the restaurant declined. They will take a phone order but when you get there, they've "lost it, got confused, etc" so you have to wait longer. The girl that works there is constantly on her cell phone yelling in Chinese, even while serving you. The place is also very dirty. The food has gotten progressively greasier. The price is very well affordable. Their hot and sour soup is very good not to vingery and has the heat you expect from the word HOT. The fried rice I didn't care for to much but that's a personal preference. The general taso chicken with steamed rice is my usual favorite. Egg rolls seem bit on the greasy side but still decent. You can ask to see a picture menu and they are happy to share it with you..for those that need to see what's in their food first to make a decision. It's not a huge building and little old but never the less its friendly and clean. read more
