The day before the party, I received a call from Shannon (the owner, i think) explaining that MY limo was in an accident but that he is trying to get it worked out. He told me he would call me first thing in the morning to update me. The next day I did not hear from him, so around 1:00pm I called. He didnt answer, but called me back 10 min later to tell me he tried his best but the limo is too wrecked to drive. He said he would refund me and give me a credit (after that he never mentioned a credit). This call left me very confused as to why I was out of a ride when I made my reservation 2 months in advance, but I remained calm and understanding and ordered a couple Ubers instead. I waited about 10 days and called Shannon because I hadn't received a refund yet. He apologized and said he will process it that day and I would see the refund after the holiday weekend. I waited another week, and called back. He said something about how he changed processors and he would call the old processor to refund me. Then, my boyfriend called Shannon to ask what's going on and I received an email confirming my refund had been processed. I don't know what that email really was because I waited 10 days and still had not received a refund. Finally, after waiting a month and a half for my refund, I had to go through other avenues to receive my money back.

My mother in law rented a limo for my wedding on March 30th. The driver did show up on time and…read morethat was great. However, the limo was not clean on the outside (it was black color and you could see the dust all over it). Secondly when we were driving to the venue the driver was driving 15-20 miles per hour. When we asked her to speed up she said she could not. The "coils" were out. I was thinking "Who sends a broken limo to drive a bridal party to a wedding"! Also the limo was rented for 3 hours. Since we were running a few minutes late for my 5:30 p.m. ceremony and the limo was booked from 4-7 p.m. I asked the driver to wait for the ceremony to complete so that my bridal party can come back and get their items and put them in their own cars. The Limo driver told me "NO" that it was only booked for a drop off. She even said that to my bridesmaids. However, I did later confirm with my mother in law the limo was indeed booked for 3 hours. The service was awful and downright unprofessional. The one thing a bride doesn't need is stress before her wedding. Sending a broken limo to pick up a bridal party is just not okay. No matter how far the distance is between the pick up and drop off location. I would not suggest using them. Just my pov.

I planned our pickup and called Limelight and they made everything so easy. We scheduled a pickup of our daughter's family first in Simi Valley and then they came by and picked us up in Thousand Oaks. Johnny picked us up in a beautiful Limo supplied with drinks. I must say Johnny was the best ever. His personality is superb. Super nice, kind and he couldn't do enough for us to make our experience fabulous. We then journeyed off to Maggiano's in the valley for a birthday celebration for my husband. When we were done Johnny was there waiting for us. I would highly recommend Limelight Limo and Johnny. We had the best time. Thank you Limelight and Johnny!

Executive Limousine Services supported our daughters wedding. The experience was flawless. Making…read morethe arrangements was simple and easy. They were very punctual and they did a great job of communicating. Adolfo, the assigned chauffeur, arrived in a very new, very clean white stretch limo, which was perfect for a wedding. He worked well with the coordinator, delivering the wedding party first to the venue, and then back to the reception. We were provided champagne as well as non-alcoholic beverages on ice, with a nice selection of glasses. The chauffeur was very smooth so we didn't spill a drop. Altogether they provided a perfect experience! Thank you again for the excellent service!

Be warned this limo service may ruin your special event…read more...... We hired Rami to transport our daughter's wedding months in advance. He was actually recommended by someone but the negative review below had me concerned. The day before the wedding day he frantically informs me he has a problem with his limo. He offered a limo bus instead at no charge. In a bind I kindly accepted his offer. But we did not want our beautiful daughter climbing up and down the limo bus in her gown. Not only was that inappropriate for the occasion it was tacky!--she is on her way to her wedding NOT the club. The bridal party and family yes that was fine. BUT things did not turn out the way we planned. 1) Limo got stuck in traffic on pick up no. one. 2) Limo driver didn't have the courtesy to contact me to let me know about the traffic or hold up. 3) Groom and his family finally picked up & transported to his own wedding late and missed out on pre-pics. 4) Grandparents had to get their own rides. 5) Father of the Bride had no ride to his only daughter's wedding and was late to set up causing others to step-in on his behalf. 6) Due to the limo buss we had to order a classy transport for the bride adding another expense.. Thankfully this service was accommodating even at the last minute. I understand things happen and I get it but this service should have had a plan B due to the situation. I was picked up at the same time and our driver used a better route to avoid the traffic in the area. This driver used his common sense and learned there was a situation in the area and had a Plan B. We were very unsatisfied with this service and we asked for a refund due to this. Instead Rami was offended and had the worst condescending attitude. He started to argue with me via text on and on and kept doing so until he stopped harassing me even via email. He likes arguing with women and does not guarantee his services. He likes to lie and say he waited on groom/family which was not the case. He likes to blame his customers instead of having empathy for ruining their day. A business should make the customer feel at ease and take responsibility even if things are out of control. NOT act like its all about him or tell me I don't work for free!!! So do not book this limo service unless you want your special day to be ruined. He will call you immature because you were not a satisfied customer-yes unprofessional from start to finish!!
