**READ ENTIRE REVIEW** First of all, I wish there was a 0 star rating, because this deserves it…read more After the conversation I just experienced, I would say that this company sounds like a scam. My co-workers and I wanted to rent a limo for a work event in Toronto. The woman who answered the phone, "Rachel", was not only extremely rude, unprofessional, and quick to interrupt, but she refused multiple times to put me on the phone with someone else.*RED FLAG* Their website states that they take pride in their "customer service" but what I know from working in the customer service industry for many years, and the tone of this phone call, was that in fact, they don't. Also on the website, they state that they accept Visa and Mastercard, however, my co-worker was told that the only 2 methods of payment were cash in-person, or sending an interac email transfer. *ANOTHER RED FLAG*.. Then, the "Manager"/(owner) "Jay Sparkes" came on the phone, and refused to believe my (oddly enough) polite complaint about his employee. He stated he didn't believe me because "so many people have complimented her in the past" .. (I have yet to read a single review) .. ***THIRD RED FLAG*** , Simply asking him why someone would speak to a customer like that, seemed to set him off. We genuinely wanted to use the service, but now, I wouldn't recommend this service to one of my enemies, it was THAT BAD. He also told me I should take my business elsewhere, and now we are happily doing just that.
Don't use this service, there are many other wonderful companies in the region. We found that prestige limo was more professional, friendly, helpful and took our business with pleasure.
