My Wife and recently used Southampton Limos to transfer from the Niagara region to Pearson 1 week,…read moreand return 2 weeks later. We were both pleased by the professionalism and courtesy of our driver Richard. Incredibly comfortable limo and a great ride. All in all, a fantastic and trouble free way to start and end our vacation. Very reasonable rates as well. Thank you Southampton. We will be back. Mike T.

A fantastic option, since I wasn't sure if ride services like Lyft or Uber would be available in…read morethat area... or if they were, whether they'd be able to provide rides to/from the Toronto airport all the way to Niagara Falls area (~1.5 hour drive time). Hence, we took a chance with Southampton Limousine based on their positive Yelp reviews, which were quite few and not the most recent, but we decided to give them a try because every other company had mixed reviews. Glad we went with them, as they certainly did not disappoint! Great communication -- quick response time and addressed all my questions and concerns. Willing to accommodate last minute pick-ups if able. They were able to provide same day booking/reservation confirmation when I emailed them the morning of for an afternoon transport, which I was *very much* grateful for (thank you, Kristina!!). Fair pricing for the level of service you get. Of course, a private car service of this calibur is going to cost a little more, but it's well worth it, because the car's very clean and well-cared for; the driver we had (shout-out to Mike!) was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about th Niagara area/Canada and life in general lol; we got provided with door-to-door service -- we felt like VIPs when we got picked up and dropped off in their black Lincoln Town car. If you don't mind spending a few extra bucks for comfort, convenience, and peace of mind, then Southampton Limousine is the way to go! Highly recommend!

**READ ENTIRE REVIEW** First of all, I wish there was a 0 star rating, because this deserves it…read more After the conversation I just experienced, I would say that this company sounds like a scam. My co-workers and I wanted to rent a limo for a work event in Toronto. The woman who answered the phone, "Rachel", was not only extremely rude, unprofessional, and quick to interrupt, but she refused multiple times to put me on the phone with someone else.*RED FLAG* Their website states that they take pride in their "customer service" but what I know from working in the customer service industry for many years, and the tone of this phone call, was that in fact, they don't. Also on the website, they state that they accept Visa and Mastercard, however, my co-worker was told that the only 2 methods of payment were cash in-person, or sending an interac email transfer. *ANOTHER RED FLAG*.. Then, the "Manager"/(owner) "Jay Sparkes" came on the phone, and refused to believe my (oddly enough) polite complaint about his employee. He stated he didn't believe me because "so many people have complimented her in the past" .. (I have yet to read a single review) .. ***THIRD RED FLAG*** , Simply asking him why someone would speak to a customer like that, seemed to set him off. We genuinely wanted to use the service, but now, I wouldn't recommend this service to one of my enemies, it was THAT BAD. He also told me I should take my business elsewhere, and now we are happily doing just that. Don't use this service, there are many other wonderful companies in the region. We found that prestige limo was more professional, friendly, helpful and took our business with pleasure.

John who contacted me back was extremely professional. He went over Covid protocols for going into Canada and back to the US. Even gave us good times for pickup to make it back to the airport on time. We did find out the two days before the trip that passports were not up to date. Contacted John and he made all the changes for us. Now for the night of the flight into Buffalo. The plane got delayed into Buffalo by about 60 min, so we are now a little after 11 PM to land. We get to the baggage claim area and meet John (not sure if it was the same John as on email). He was amazing and friendly. We waited for our bags, and it appears that one of our bags did not make it with us. John patiently waited with us while we went and filed paperwork with the airline. John still made the night special for us even with all the problems. John got us into the limo and the ride was amazing, he even offered to stop and get us something to eat because everything was closed nearby. The pick-up from the hotel was perfect too. John picked us up in the SUV for the return trip. The car was still amazing and the drive was smooth. Had a great talk with John and he was able to talk about all the history of the area. Not being from there it was extremely interesting. This was an anniversary trip for my wife and me, and we felt like VIPs the whole time. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you all for helping make this great, and for anyone reading this review please know that A Touch of Class will take care of you.
