My wife told me driver was pushy as she expressed her concern about getting in the car without one. Driver was very rude and told her she would be charged whether she got in the car or not and expressed that she had to hurry and make a decision because he had another trip that she was going to make him late for. She ended up getting in and driver was weaving in and out of traffic driving recklessly and fast, she asked him if he could slow down a little because she was feeling uneasy. He then told her that he's driving faster because she made him late to begin with. I called to complain about everything and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Rashad and a gentleman he was NOT. Rashad told me that the original driver couldn't make it and another one was sent and that these things happen, he was NOT remorseful at all and was pretty much laughing at the matter with his response being sh*t happens sometimes and began to tell me if my family got in the car when the driver got there he wouldn't of drove like that.
