I then told him how many hours I needed and he quickly interrupted me and told me that they don't do short duration. It would have been an acceptable answer, except, he was extremely condescending and sounded like I don't deserve his business. 30 minutes later, I get a call back from the same place and he asked me if I still need to book the trip so I thought they had a change of mind and wanted my business again. He told me to hold and put Sunny (Manager?) on the line for a conference call and said that I was looking for a party bus and need help booking it. I corrected him and told them what I needed and he quickly rejected me again for the same reasons and completely ignored me while him and Sunny was having a conversation.
