I reviewed OnTime Transportation back in 2022 when I was a first time customer. At that time, the…read moreservice was so good that I gave them five stars. So I'm back to re-review! I have been using OnTime Transportation ever since 2022 and have found them to be the best and most reliable car service I have ever used. Pick up at home has always been on time or early. The drivers are happy to move and handle luggage. I have had pick ups both at SFO and at Pier 27 in San Francisco - I call when I'm on the curb and the wait time for the car to arrive is within 10 minutes. The drivers have had no issues with late flight arrivals and always arrange to be there whenever the plane has landed. The cars are always clean and well maintained and passenger comfort is always the focus. Billing and tips are handled via email invoice, which helps with busy airport drop offs - no hassling with cards on cash for payment when getting to the plane on time is the many worry for the day. Drop offs are always right to the airline and entry door that is most efficient. Roger is the owner and he is dedicating to providing excellent service. Over the years I think we have become good friends. He is well versed in current news and events and conversations with him during the rides are always engaging and make the ride time go by quickly. When I call for a reservation, if Roger doesn't answer immediately, he gets back to me within 10 minutes. He confirms pick ups the day before. He is willing to go out of his way to fulfill service requests. He's the best! Between the great staff, great owner and great service, I highly recommend OnTime Transportation. Knowing that this is a locally owned business just adds to its excellence. Thanks, Roger!

They should be named Flat Tire Transportation…read more Signed these guys up for transportation from Brentwood to SFO. Leaving in June, getting back in July. I've used them before with no problem. The night we were leaving, we had them booked for 8:30pm. It's 8:45pm, and they still have not arrived. I called them, and Roger answered and he called the driver, and the driver said he got a FLAT TIRE and got in an accident on the road. Why didn't this driver call Roger and let him know, so he could inform us? Anyways, Roger arrived at 9:15 and took us to the airport. He did NOT honor their "less than 20 minutes late or it's free" guarantee. Pfftt!! Then, a month later, we arrive back at SFO, and they are supposed to pick us up at midnight. But instead, I get a call from Roger and SURPRISE, their vehicle had a FLAT TIRE and they cannot pick us up and we are on our own to find a ride home at midnight. Thanks!! Just wondering, what are the odds that BOTH TIMES they got a FLAT TIRE?? Pffttt!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!

My parents needed a ride home from the airport after being stuck in the Philippines due to their…read moreflights being cancelled and rebooked multiple times. They usually use Evans Transportation if their kids can't pick them up. But because of COVID, Evans was not operating. Not wanting them to be stranded at the airport and knowing they don't know how to use Uber or Lyft, I decided to search for other alternatives. I knew I wanted something where I can pay in advance so my parents didn't need to worry about paying, and something that can drive them and their luggage directly home with no other passengers in the car. I looked at reviews on Yelp and saw that Golden Gate had some good ones. I compared prices to some other shuttle services as well and decided this was very reasonable. I sent out a message through Yelp and they responded quickly. I was able to set up a shuttle ride over the phone two days in advance to have my parents picked up from SFO. What I really liked and the reason I give this company 5 stars, was their clear communication. My parents are not clear communicators, so it was imperative that I needed a shuttle service that could understand and work with me to help my parents find their way from plane to shuttle. While I was stuck at work. Lol. They were able to check on my parents' flight status, and the driver arrived on time. My parents did not follow directions (I knew it) so the driver had to contact me, but they eventually contacted the shuttle driver and found each other. Once in the car they realized they did not have their house keys. Luckily, I work one exit away from their house and the driver was kind enough to make a stop by my work to pick up my copy of keys. I really appreciate the good service this shuttle company provided. I have not personally used this service, but my parents have said that they would definitely use them again. Ride was smooth, car was clean, driver wore a mask. At a time where we are experiencing a pandemic and stress levels are high, it's good to know getting a ride from the airport is one less thing to worry about. If you are reading this and wondering if this shuttle service is any good, I highly recommend them. Bookmark this page!

On our way to the Sacramento Airport for a Disney Cruise to Alaska, we learned that the car carrying our children and two young grandchildren had been rear ended and totaled. They were stranded on the freeway, shaken, and unable to get to the airport. After dropping us off at the airport, Moe didn't hesitate. He immediately left the terminal, drove straight to the accident scene, gathered our family, and got them safely back to the airport -- delivering them to the gate just in time to make our flight. And he still wasn't done. Moe waited until I confirmed that every one of us had boarded the plane. And after all of that, he still went the extra mile -- literally -- driving the car seats back to my son's house.
