Maybe the job was too small for them, but they could have just said that instead of stringing us along with promises and excuses. The repair only addressed a portion of the egregious issue. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service and integrity demonstrated following their original commitment, not to mention the quality of the repair. We will now have to engage in a contract with a different company to remediate.
