Maybe the job was too small for them, but they could have just said that instead of stringing us along with promises and excuses. When a contractor starts off badly it's never a good sign of things to come. We went with another contractor who is much more professional and attentive.

I also needed some carpentry work done, and I was fortunate because they employ their own carpenters. After the in-person consultation, the office staff provided me with a detailed and inclusive estimate which was very fair. The carpenters, Frank and Brian, arrived on the stated date and performed their part of the assignment quickly and flawlessly. Two weeks later, the painters, Andrew and Jose, arrived as stated n the contract. I can't say enough about the perfectionism of this duo. I had many cabinets and moldings requiring fine, detailed work. I've had a tremendous amount of work done in my home in the past, but their work was unparalleled. I was impressed with Andrew's building of an enclosed plastic room within my house to sand and spray the cabinets. There was never any dust or mess at the end of the day. It was honestly amazing. My cabinets are silky and look brand new. I pretty much knew what colors I wanted to use, but "Two Brothers" provides a color specialist who did make a house call. She gave me some good ideas, and if you don't know what colors to choose, she'd be great for someone who was undecided.
