The flowers by the front door were almost dead, the trees needed to be trimmed, and there were weeds in the sidewalks everywhere. . There are some nice trails for the walking of the dog. I don't mind coming back and giving this place a second chance if I ever do come to the area. And yet again, this rest area more than delivered. We were able to easily get a parking spot, and the kids ran all over the playground. As an employee of the rest area I know we work hard and aim high at making this place a clean and…read moresafe environment as well as accommodating your traveling needs with snack and drink machines. Please keep in mind that we aren't scheduled to work through the overnight hours so if anyone messes up the bathrooms or litters we are quick to clean it up as soon as we get to work. I love my job and hope everyone continues to stop in while traveling through.

45 min after our stop at this Love's, my husband realized he forgot the expensive tie downs for our…read morecamper near the gas pump. We immediately turned around and I called. Nicki, the store manager, answered and immediately went out to see if she could find it. When we finally got back, she helped us search and even helped us comb through the dumpster. Thank goodness we found them!! The entire team was kind and helpful and went way beyond above and beyond. Aside from their help and assistance, the facility is clean and well-stocked and the coffee is darn good! Thank you Nicki and team!!
