Sure enough, after some treatment, the pool finally started to get back into shape and finally looked as good as new (see before and after picts). After interviewing a few pool vendors, it was clear that Alex knew more then the others and noticed details that need to be addressed that the others didn't catch. I didn't want service in the winter or wanted reduced service to save money, but he told me his service was based on year round. He said I needed to keep my service the same in the winter if I wanted to stay in contract. So I paid him all winter long, and then when I started complaining about missed service days and quality of care, he dropped me without any notice. He didn't even finish the service month that I had already paid him for. I asked for a refund of the winter months and got no response. If I could do 0 or negative stars I would.
