Elliott's "sweet" gesture!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were somewhere special. This upscale, beautifully maintained hotel exceeded all expectations. Our suite was absolutely gorgeous--spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully appointed. The location is unbeatable, putting us right in the heart of everything, and the complimentary breakfast buffet was outstanding, with quality and variety that far surpassed the usual hotel fare. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the exceptional service, especially from Elliott, the front desk manager. Warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, Elliott made us feel right at home. In fact, his kindness and hospitality were so memorable that what was meant to be a one-night stay turned into three. We felt truly cared for from start to finish. Elliott is a true gem and deserves to be recognized - he should be promoted soon. The hotel is also incredibly dog-friendly, and it's clear that they go above and beyond to make all their guests feel valued. We already can't wait to return and are counting down the days to a winter getaway here. And we want to see that Elliott got a well deserved promotion! Highly, highly recommend!

Stay here! It is awesome! But it ain't cheap....like 4 figures a night ain't cheap. But the property is gorgeous. My room had a stunning balcony with amazing views. Service is superb. Hugo makes a fantastic Old Fashioned and Margarita at their bar. Great complimentary breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

I visited this hotel recently for an event and the lobby was gorgeous. The bar area was spacious and had great service. The concierge was extremely friendly and helpful! Best part? The event was a blast!

My husband and I spent a week here for our Anniversary and our first time in Colorado. It was phenomenal from the first moment until the last. The entire staff was so helpful with recommendations and even accommodating as much as they could to help us get places and the best experience in Colorado. The breakfasts were always enjoyable, I'm already missing the espresso machine and green juice. The beds were comfortable and they even had a humidifier for those of us who aren't accustomed to zero humidity, it really helped us. The hot tubs were so nice after a long day of hiking and we never met a staff member that was anything but happy to serve. I can't recommend it enough! It was really more of a resort feel than a standard hotel, it was an experience. It nestled right in the village base so your steps away, food and fun!Staff members that affected our trip the most - Robin (front desk), Tom (concierge), Parker (transportation). We were too wrapped up for many pictures but trust, it's spectacular!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! They have a pet free floor for guests with allergies, which is so nice. You get to see the puppies, but don't have to sleep where they have slept. It was a great escape. The hot tubs are magnificent, the rooms are clean, and the space is well designed!

Jason & Sierra were amazing at the bar. Tom was amazing for breakfast also! This hotel was such a great experience & I highly recommend. Rooms were clean & spacious. Location was on point. Transfers were so helpful from hotel & our snowmobile excursion.

This place is amazing. Free ice skating, free gondola ride to the mall or to ski. S'more bar everywhere. Fire places everywhere. Light tunnels are so cute and awesome. Super cool place to stay. The hotels are amazing, great views, big rooms.

The remodeled hotel looks great! The included breakfast has various delicious options to suit all tastes. The location is perfect, on restaurant row and in view of the slopes. We will be back.

The best hotel lobby in town!

Stayed here recently and we enjoyed every moment of it. Great location, convenient to walk every where like restaurants, stores, bus stop and very close to the mountain. The breakfast buffet is alway fun, plenty of healthy choices as well as pastries and bacon on Monday morning. Live music during the apres at the lobby every evening by local band except on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Super cool swimming pool and hot tub and there is small gym if you want to do indoor exercise. Free storage for your skis during the winter time and there is parking garage for $18 a day. Thank you Limelight Hotel, you were awesome!

Stagnant water and used cups

I don't get it. I see a lot of 5 star ratings. This is not a five star hotel. There's a lack of attention to detail. Each morning, I'd go to the gym. There would be no water. Just some stagnant leftover water from the previous day. So I'd have to ask the front desk for water. But here's the topper. The gym had leftover cups all over the place. When the person brought the water, he simply left the trash lying there and left. (See pictures.) This is a nice 4 star hotel. I'm knocking it down a star for that water.

Is there a fitness center at the hotel?

Dear Tam T., we do have a fitness center. It is rather small but we have two treadmills, two elliptical's, a stationary bike and some weight lifting equipment as well. We have two hot tubs and a pool outdoors. We are surrounded by beautiful running…

I'm considering getting a room at the Mollie with this burger. My husband got the Nashville chicken sandwich and really liked his as well. And there's the fries... these fries are perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy goodness on the inside. I'm a slow eater and even when my fries got cold they were still crispy! Our drinks were great too. I had a great margarita drink (forgot name), and my husband got a Mollie toddy, also very good. The only thing I feel was missing was more variety on their lunch menu, it was mostly sandwiches and salads. And it's a pretty swanky place to just hang out so having more appetizer/bar snacks would be perfect with drinks by the fireplace.

They allow him to check to the room which by then has been cleaned by room service. There is nothing in lost and found of his. The receptionist starts creating scenarios and possible outcomes (maybe you left it at work, maybe you left it in the car, maybe you left it at a bar) and ultimately ends the conversation "well that's you". We have stayed in many hotels and when we have forgotten items they have always been returned and even mailed back to our home which we obviously pay the the shipping and handling. The staff likes to keep forgotten items and gas light you about it.
