    Aji de gallina

Great place for authentic Peruvian! Our old favorite spot closed down further down the broadwalk, so we tried this place today, Christmas Eve, for lunch. Arrived at 12:15 and our party of 4 were seated right away. It was a gorgeous day at the beach and a little crowded, but not crazy. Menu options are great! The kids ordered lemonade refreshers with popping boba (what a fun item to have on the menu!) One got mango and the other got strawberry. The kids split arroz chaufa with steak (my husband tried it and said the steak was excellent). Hubs got seafood ceviche which he said was tasty and spicy.I ordered aji de gallina (one of my favorite Peruvian dishes). It was delicious! I couldn't even finish it! So happy we tried this place out!

Asked for water, and was initially served a bottle of water (everyone else had tap water?). I returned that to avoid however much that would have cost! I ordered the Chaufa (aka: fried rice) with chicken - it was very tasty. It was a bit loud with music there and competing stereos from the restaurants on either side, but that wasn't unusual around this part of the Broadwalk.

Food was life changing and the service was great! I highly recommend! Got #33 and it was great!

    On the boardwalk!

Just as a reminder that inflation is real- prices have gone up 40% for entrees :) -1 star -- but sure is a nice place to grab some delicious seafood delicacy. Especially love fish Peruvian style! Oh my! So fresh and so delicious! So many drink options too:) highly recommended if you are on the boardwalk and looking for some yummy eats.

Came here on two different occasions, dinner and lunchtime! Excellent food and friendly service. The mixed seafood ceviche in the yellow pepper sauce was so fresh. There was no shortage of squid, octopus, or fish in the dish. The dinner entrees were also excellent, lomo saltado and seafood paella.

Whole fried Red Snapper came with a delicious sauce!

Sometimes you just have to order a whole fish. Glad we did that here! The Red Snapper was an experience. I also really loved the Pisco Sour, I would most definitely go back for the combo again. The staff was kind and patient while we decided if we were going to order and eat this whole.. delicious fish. We sat at the front and had a fun view of people on the boardwalk and the ocean. Great little dining experience for a lazy beach day.

Came here as our first dinner as part of our Miami trip! The host was incredibly friendly & salsa music was playing all night :) the food was also very very authentic and everything we tried was delicious! Highly recommend for locals and tourists alike!

Amazing, authentic Peruvian cuisine! Highly recommend this hidden gem in Hollywood, Fl.

They have been open for 8 months now, downtown Hollywood (Miami). Excellent food. I ordered a fried red snapper and rice with beans. This was absolutely amazing.

Ducked in with McLovin to welcome them to the neighborhood and try the fare and it was a five star experience, here is why: * Friendly and caring owner operators trying to deliver a quality product and experience, well done. * Located right nearby to me in gorgeous, downtown Hollywood! * Lots of space for social distancing, score! * Roomy, clean, recently painted and touched up, well done. * Full liquor bar, yasssss! * Lusmi was our excellent server. Friendly, efficient, professional. * What about the food you ask? MONEY! We shared a $29 chicken 3-way platter that came with chicken wings, chicken skewers, and two additional chicken halves. Wow. Delicious! Filling, and well worth the money. It came out wheeled on a cart with fries, white rice, and delicioso ensalada!! More than enough food to feed 4 people. I also peeped the table next to use having some epic looking ceviche served in BIG glasses, I will have to go back to try that. I also need to try the other sampler platters on the back page of the menu, that is where it is at. So the place just opened, and if you are a last minute Valentine's type, this may be a great option. See you there. Cabeza OUT!

Food was disgusting. We tried a lot of things on the menu. All of us have been in pain the next day with upset stomachs. Avoid at all costs.

We were in the Hollywood area and on the hunt for Peruvian food. This restaurant popped up and we…read moredecided to give it a try. It's in a very teeny strip mall, which did not have any parking spots. But across the street is a bigger strip mall with lots of parking. So, we easily found a spot there. The dining room is nicely decorated and clean. (The bathroom was spotless.) We were first greeted by a young lady who did not speak any English. I guess I asked too many questions (in Spanish) because she gave us to the other waitress (who spoke English, but we still communicated in Spanish). I tried to order a Pollo Saltado with Tacu Tacu but was told only the Lomo Saltado could be combined with the Tacu Tacu (still not sure why). Anyway, we ordered a fish ceviche, a Tallarin Saltado de Pollo, and a Lomo Saltado. The ceviche was decent. It was nicely seasoned and lemony. However, I struggled with a few fatty pieces of fish. The Tallarin Saltado de Pollo came covered in raw scallions (eek for my raw onions allergy), which I painstakingly picked off. The waitress offered to bring me a new meal when she saw what I was doing. I declined. I guess I didn't think I needed to warn about raw scallions when I asked for my onions to be well-cooked because I am allergic to raw onions. However, it was very good. The chicken was just right, not too dry. And I had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. The Lomo Saltado, too, was tasty. But the beef was very chewy because it was overcooked. We liked that both meals had a good flavor without being too salty (a problem we have with a lot of Peruvian restaurants). The eatery seats about 40 and was half full with 1 table of 10 and 5 tables of 2. I am guessing there was a chef in the kitchen. But the two young ladies had a difficult time keeping up and service was slow. One person at the large table got their meal so late they packed it to go home. When we were done with our meal, the waitress brought us two complimentary desserts. They were Mazamorra Moradas (a gelatin-type dessert with the purple fruit and other fruits in it). It was refreshing. I think it was offered because of the raw-onion fiasco. Luner for two with ceviche and two meals was $75. The food here was decent and there was even live music (though a tad loud), but the slow service was a detriment.

Traditional Peruvian food featuring the usuals: ceviche; lomo saltado, jalea, arroz con mariscos,…read moreetc. Service was friendly and while the food was good, it came out a little on the slow side. Unfortunately I didn't try the desserts because I had a ceviche de pescado to start and a lomo saltado as a main dish. Parking may be an issue but I think you can park across the street in the shopping plaza.
