I was hanging out at the Hollywood Beach and needed to grab some dinner. I had Peruvian food for the first time just a few days before so when I saw this restaurant I knew I had to go. I ordered a seafood mix ceviche and the grilled fish with rice and plantains. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!! The fish was soooo fresh and the grilled fish entree was THE BEST fish I've ever had in my life! It was perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. Compliments to the chef that night. The ceviche was a bit smaller than I was expecting for the price so that is why I ordered the grilled fish and I'm so glad I did. The pricing is a bit higher than is normal since I spent almost $70 for just me. I'm giving a 4 star for service because I had to ask a few times for water, however, they were very busy and it was Mother's Day.

Tasty food and super quick service! Great spot on the beach for some seafood. Their pisco sours were also really refreshing and made well.

Food is good; pretty consistent every time I go. Last time we were there for breakfast. They have a variety of choices; American, healthy BF and Peruvian. We order the American and Peruvian BF and both were good. The scrambled eggs tasted very fresh and not sponge. The Peruvian chicharron was great; not too fatty. And the tamal was delicious. The bet part is the salsa criolla; which they make with leche de tigre. Service was ok; the place git busy and they were short on staff. The place is great; you cannot beat beach front places.

Food has been definitely delicious. Love my Peruvian food. La jalea mixta y fish tenders were so tasty and cooked right. Service was great and very professional. The ambience of this place is perfect since you are right in front of the beach pretty much. Totally recommend this place. I'm leaving Saturday so I'm going to keep enjoying the food until then.

A small group of us were walking on Hollywood Beach and decided to stop for Peruvian Ceviche. We decided to sit at the bar. They take a while to take our order although there were 3 people in and out from behind the bar. We were sad that they didn't have drafts; but they had plenty bottle beers. The beers were not cold enough and I really wanted it colder since the day was so hot. But I know that is more of a preference. The ceviche was great. It did not disappoint. The Yucca a la Huacaina was ok. The sauce seemed a bit different than I'm used to.

Cute lively spot with friendly service. Food was average. Tip is included as most restaurants do in the area.

A flavorful introduction to Peruvian cuisine! The dishes are fresh, well-seasoned, and packed with unique flavors. Great for anyone wanting to try something new and delicious by the beach. We loved all the empanadas and they had some of my favorite adult beverages!

5 stars!! Why? Cuz our server was friendly, helpful, and funny. The food came out fast and delicious. And the vibe was there (at the boardwalk)! We had chicken skewers, lomo Saltado, spicy seafood soup, and crispy red snapper (the highlight of the meal).

Looking at the reviews of this place make me laugh, it's like either a 5 star or 1 star review, and it's even funny when people came here and ordered tacos at a perucvian redtaraunt. You go to Peruvian restaurants to get ceviche, papas a la huncaina and lomo slatado, not chicken tacos lol. That being said, the ceviche we had was excellent, we got the street ceviche mixto. More than enough for two people to share. It surprisingly came with fried calamari, along with , , and , it was really fresh and the fried calamari gave it some great additional crunch for texture. You can order the calamari mild, spicy or hot, but if the person you're sharing with doesn't like spiced don't worry, they have some good hot sauces in the side you can mix in. The drinks are definitely over priced, even if it's buy one get one free happy hour, don't let them fool you thinking that if you order two drinks to start, that one of those are free, you are expected to get a 2nd round of each that is free instead.

Wow wow wow. The lomo saltado is out of this world! I've never had a better steak dish. The sauce is incredible and flavorful while still remaining light. Plus the happy hour can't be beat on the beach! Our servers were so friendly and fast. This is a must try on the boardwalk!

After a bad experience at another restaurant along the boardwalk , we chose to try AT Peru and we are so glad that we did! For happy hour we were able to get buy 1 get 1 for drinks. We ordered the chicken skewers and spicy seafood stew ! The chicken was so flavorful and tender! They gave us some type of nut with our drinks. I was not familiar with what kind of nut that it was ( I wish that I asked and tried it )!

Thank you my friends for saving my trip. My travel plans went horribly wrong and I was in a very bad mood until stumbled upon At Peru. Literally a tigers milk and a fantastic pisco drink turned my entire trip around and brought me back from the dark side. It was exactly what I needed, a great vibe, friendly staff, good food and drink (a phone charger) and an authenticity that was otherwise missing from my trip thus far. It you're tired of the "manufactured" beachfront vibe at the resorts, wander a little way down the beach and stop at At Peru.

It's in a very teeny strip mall, which did not have any parking spots. But across the street is a bigger strip mall with lots of parking. So, we easily found a spot there. The dining room is nicely decorated and clean. (The bathroom was spotless.) We were first greeted by a young lady who did not speak any English. I guess I asked too many questions (in Spanish) because she gave us to the other waitress (who spoke English, but we still communicated in Spanish). I tried to order a Pollo Saltado with Tacu Tacu but was told only the Lomo Saltado could be combined with the Tacu Tacu (still not sure why). Anyway, we ordered a fish ceviche, a Tallarin Saltado de Pollo, and a Lomo Saltado. The ceviche was decent. It was nicely seasoned and lemony. However, I struggled with a few fatty pieces of fish. The Tallarin Saltado de Pollo came covered in raw scallions (eek for my raw onions allergy), which I painstakingly picked off. The waitress offered to bring me a new meal when she saw what I was doing. I declined. I guess I didn't think I needed to warn about raw scallions when I asked for my onions to be well-cooked because I am allergic to raw onions. However, it was very good. The chicken was just right, not too dry. And I had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. The Lomo Saltado, too, was tasty. But the beef was very chewy because it was overcooked. We liked that both meals had a good flavor without being too salty (a problem we have with a lot of Peruvian restaurants). The eatery seats about 40 and was half full with 1 table of 10 and 5 tables of 2. I am guessing there was a chef in the kitchen. But the two young ladies had a difficult time keeping up and service was slow. One person at the large table got their meal so late they packed it to go home. When we were done with our meal, the waitress brought us two complimentary desserts. They were Mazamorra Moradas (a gelatin-type dessert with the purple fruit and other fruits in it). It was refreshing. I think it was offered because of the raw-onion fiasco. Luner for two with ceviche and two meals was $75. The food here was decent and there was even live music (though a tad loud), but the slow service was a detriment.

Unfortunately I didn't try the desserts because I had a ceviche de pescado to start and a lomo saltado as a main dish. Parking may be an issue but I think you can park across the street in the shopping plaza.
