From signing in to taking a seat to being called to register, taking vitals and having an x-ray, I interacted with five professionals. Every one of them had an attitude... A great attitude! This place was like an ant farm with every room taken. I continue to be very appreciative of every one of them that chose this profession. I wish people would take a little bit of time and be thankful for what these folks have trained and studied and practiced to do what they do... Help you get better!

Doctors Lorena and Kevin Harvey opened Physicians of Family Medicine over twenty years ago, at their Oxbridge office. I do not know the exact year, but I have been a very satisfied patient for over twenty years. I have been extremely happy with her husband (Dr. Kevin) as my primary care provider for most of those years. When he retired, I was worried about getting another primary care physician and tried his replacement, Dr. Marshall. I was not happy with him and was told I might like Dr. Lorena better. The office staff was correct and I have been very happy with Dr. Lorena Harvey. She has seen me through many rough times and I have a great respect for her. I have a hard time scheduling appointments around my work schedule and they are always willing to work around my schedule to be sure I get the great service I desire and need. She works out of their Cloverhill office located at 13861 Hull Street Road, Midlothian VA. 23112. It is not exactly on Hull Street Road so I do not know how they got this exact address, but it is across from Food Lion and Burger King just off of Hull street next to Outback Steakhouse. Also, a quick note that if she does not have an appointment available when you need one, there are a number of other doctors in the office that may be able to fir you in their schedules, and their Oxbridge office is open on Saturdays for walk-ins, no appointment necessary. I have no complaints with my doctor, or the care I have been given, but the billing department this time changed the coding and now I am being charged for my procedure (not covered fully by insurance). Same procedure I have had every time, but this time coded differently. I was not informed in any way prior to my procedure that there would be charges involved due to different bill coding. I really think when you are going to be charged $1000 plus, you should be informed prior! So, be prepared, their billing department is there to find a way around insurance to get $$$$$ out of your pocket!!!

She kept talking in circles, repeating the same sentence 3-4 times, kept saying "uh huh" real fast in the rude and annoyed way, and would not stop talking and making remarks long enough to allow me to ask my questions. I had to sit in silence to wait for her to finish her wildly unprofessional rambling. I asked her at least twice to please treat me with kindness and that I was a customer/client. I ended up in tears, feeling worthless. l've never been treated in such a way. No respect or care. I love my doctor there and the front desk has always been nice. Billing department needs intensive training in customer service and soft skills. Not everyone understands billing, they should be able to help customers understand and not get upset so easily. I am still in complete shock over that call.

I'm not preggers, so I shouldn't have to get two doctors just because I have girly parts. After much hunting, I found Primary Health Group. They're my one stop shop. The office is well kept, the staff are friendly, and my doctor is very attentive and make sure I understand what we're doing, what lab results mean, etc. Love my doc.
