This is a mediocre urgent care. They want you to handle all the check in information online…read moreincluding taking a photo of your insurance card front and back and photo ID front and back. It's tedious when you're not feeling well. The lady at the front was kind to others but not particularly nice to me. The clinician who saw me was eager to diagnose my issue as a virus that needed to run its course rather than listening to me when I advocated for myself since I knew what was wrong. It's super close to me but I'll hesitate to return in the future. I'd rather go to Patient First for a slightly better experience.

Everyone was nice. They did a cultural in house and called in a prescription that I picked up and hour later. Easy and efficient and pleasant - could not have asked for an easier time when finding yourself ill at a hotel in an unfamiliar city.

When we called customer service, we were given no apology, and were only directed to their generic response of "wait times are approximate." Terrible service, would not recommend. Doctors deserve lunch breaks, yes, but at least tell your paying customers that the minute clinic will be a 2 hour wait.
