I was in search of a cardiologist due to mine relocating and also needed cardiac clearance for an upcoming procedure. The waiting room is shared with other doctors' offices on that floor, but quite roomy. The entire office (including restrooms) were very clean; the front staff was polite and helpful, as well as the M.A. who did my vitals and EKG was professional yet friendly. Then Dr. Christine Browning, MD arrived; she was quite friendly and had a great sense of humor- which was refreshing- because I'm a former Navy Hospital Corpsman and retired Paramedic with a personality somewhere between comedic and provocative... She actually found a serious issue and set me up with testing right away. I'm glad she put up with me. I'd recommend this practice in a heartbeat! (Pun intended!) Thanks, Doc! read more

Leaving here after almost 4 years for myself. Our patient care from my wife and I's point of view seem to have changed. It's very confusing to go from one NP or PA to another for an issue to get settled. Although it was a lot of trouble to change, I want to see a doctor for my heart issues without making a big deal. I also did not like Accuhealth for taking daily blood pressures. Now, I have a nurse that calls me every month to discuss what is going on and make connections for me if an appointment is necessary. I realize medical care is different than a few years back so sometimes you have to take the initiative and be active in your personal healthcare. read more

I have been using this practice since 3/25. I keep encountering the same issue. The care when you get to see the Doc is very good, but their back office is horrible, Rx the doctor orders are never called in, appts are hard to get, follow and callbacks are almost non existent. Except for the doc's I would look for another practice. read more

Giving my wife the run around. She was to wear a heart monitor. No big deal. Turns out it was broken the whole time, and only got 3 hours of data. And NOW they want her to wear it again. Insurance says they won't pay for a better device unless she wears the other one for 14 days. WELL SHE DID AND WAS BROKEN! Call center is based in India to make appointments. Scheduling s a nightmare! Seems one hand doesn't know what the other is doing! Would've given less stars.... read more

Had my first appt here today! The office was pretty busy and a little confusing to navigate, but the care was really great. The front desk staff were a little standoffish, but it was early, which I understand. The nurses who did my EKG and took my info were very kind and thorough, as well as very efficient. I absolutely LOVED the PA I worked with, and I can't believe I forgot her name! Dr. Browning was also very nice, but a bit more brisk. If I could give this place a negative 100 I would. My husband went to the hospital and was seen by this cardiology practice. They determined he would have to have a cardiac catheterization which was done by Dr Lodi. I waited patiently after his procedure was over to speak with Dr Lodi about what they found and he never came to speak with me. I work in an operating room and have NEVER seen a doctor not speak with the family after a procedure. We called the office the next day and left a message twice and no phone call was received and then again the following day. I spoke with someone by the name of Amanda who informed me that I could not speak with the doctor only the nurse practitioner. I said I want to speak with Dr Lodi and she said no you can't. Unbelievable how unprofessional this office is. My daughter in law worked for them and left along with multiple doctors and nurse practitioners at the same time. This practice obviously does not care about their patients only the money they will make by doing procedures and office visits. Stay clear of them read more

The doctor I saw and the technician of whom did my EKG were very pleasant. That was the only positive feedback I can post. The front desk does not acknowledge you when you arrive. The look up from their computer when they are ready. I witnessed this with others while I waited in the waiting room for check in and check out. I was shocked at the lack of customer service. My second visit, same front desk experience. However this time instead of just a lack of greeting, I was asked if I was aware of my outstanding balance. This brings me to billing and communication. After my initial visit, I received a bill that stated insurance did not cover and if I had questions to contact my insurance carrier. I did so, to find out that my claim was never even billed. I then received another bill from JRC stating that my insurance stated I was not a customer. Clearly billing never sent the claim and need additional training. I sent two emails through the patient portal to investigate this, no response. I called twice. Left a message once. No call back. Spoke with a representative named Caitlin for the the second call, we were coordinating my heart monitor. I asked to be transferred to billing to make sure preauth was done for the monitor, since I had no faith in the billing department. Caitlin informed me that if preauth was needed it would have been done. She tried to transfer me to a person named Lauren in billing, but was not successful in the transfer so she stated she would leave a message for her to call me back instead. No response. I subsequently sent a medical related issue to the portal, again no response. It was not until the follow up email I sent 4 days later of my complaint of no communication and patient neglect. My second appointment to have my heart monitor placed was scheduled for 2pm. I arrived as you should 5-10 minutes early. At 2:30pm I approached the front desk and asked if they cold please check how much longer until I was to be taken back since I had another appointment at 3:30pm. The representative said she would check. She left the front desk for a few minutes, then came back to her desk and sat down. Never spoke to me to inform once way or the other. I then approached another front desk member instead and asked to reschedule my appointment. By this time is was 2:40pm. This representative asked if I was checked in. I run a medical office and kept my professional composure. I stated yes I was checked in, the representative that checked me I had watched leave for the day about 30 minutes after my arrival. After letting her know that I had been checked in for 50 minutes she asked if she could go check to see when I could be brought back. This time it was successful and a young lady brought me back for the 2 minutes it took to attach my heart monitor so I could be on my way. Your front desk is the face of your practice, it's clear that it is not a priority. Communication is definitely not a priority. I was seen by Doctor Christine Browning, and I've never had a better experience with ANY doctor. She is seeing me for possible heart-related problems and talks to a patient like they are a layperson and uses no "doctor speak." I am very upset, I have had problems with my bp meds at first they didn't have appointment with my regular dr so I understand it was last minute, but the last two times I have been, pushed off on nurse practioner. I get it they have degrees but this is the very reason I left my last dr. Not seeing my dr and being pushed off. I did get one of my bp meds changed but the one they changed me too. Has far more side affects , and pretty much same meds. I am off to find new dr again. Paying same price for not seeing my dr. Just not right. If he prefers not to see me, he should tell me. read more

They never call you back to give you your results from the stress test, echocardiogram or anything else. The are hard to get on the phone. I tried for hours to get a person on the phone. So I drove to their office off Ridgefield parkway and called from the parking lot. No answer. So I go inside and three people are sitting at the front desk just a yakking and shooting the bull. They ignored me coming in until I asked if anyone could help me. They then told me that someone would call me about my results. Well that was two weeks ago and I am still waiting for that call. read more
