You put your info in at kiosk, it will show you the wait time. It was long, 2.5 hrs( 5 people ahead of me plus 1 hr lunch break).But at least I know when to return. CVS is also fun to shop. It was my turn as I returned. Dr. Strother invited me in and made me feel at ease. It's amazing how detailed yet efficient the whole process was. No writing with pen and papers involved. One on one, face to face, it's like having my own doctor. I loved it! (I know...I was sick but...) I went home and read the clear report, I've learned more about myself. She explains every test result in layman's terms without having to be asked. It's not easy to find a doctor of her caliber any more. The office staff are equally great to deal with. The nurses go way above and beyond to help you feel comfortable doing everything they can to be of help to their perspective doctors. Never a long wait in my experience. That's wraps it up.

The Maryland facility is easy to get to (access, easy parking) and the administrative staff make check-in and check-out a quick and easy process. You call the day of and set up an appointment and then they come to your house to treat you. In this case, I had a Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant who showed up within the time period that they told me. They were very respectful of my space and so nice. They can see patients from 3 months and up, so I made an appointment for myself and my 3 year old. They gave us full thorough exams, Covid tests, and prescribed medicine RIGHT FROM MY LIVING ROOM. We didn't have to move! This is perfect if you're sick. I had written off urgent cares because I had had terrible experiences with them missing very important illnesses and putting my health at risk. Now this is the ONLY Urgent Care service I will use.

My co-pays was same as a specialty doctor. It is important to ask if they are in-network. Clean waiting area. The young lady that took my blood pressure, pulse and tempature was very nice and professional. The overall look of this place is really nice. My room was clean and welcoming. My experiences with CEC have been either hit or miss, and mostly the latter, unfortunately . . . The "Extended" in the name of the practice is dead on, though . . . The wait times are usually atrocious, and when I have finally been seen by a medical professional, rarely do I feel that adequate treatment was provided . . . In particular, I will single out Natalie Fachet as being problematic . . . Her personality and bedside manner are lacking and need work, and the level of care I received from her was not thorough or even adequate . . . Twice I have been misdiagnosed and treated poorly (or not at all!) for conditions insufficiently addressed or even ignored, and on several occasions I have felt that the quality of care rendered that day was missing something . . . However, CEC is not nearly as bad as Patient First, so there's that!
