Can't recommend this place in good conscience. They also "lose" or "misplace" key documents and generally make any updating or communicating between them and other institutes quite a nightmare. We stuck with them for a number of years simply because my family really doesn't like switching, but it was simply no longer tolerable. Quite frankly, if you have an alternative option, don't choose this practice. On the flip side, if you have no other option, it is better than nothing. You have a fifty fifty chance of dealing with friendly and courteous employees on any given day. Just go into it prepared to badger the practice, and keep records of all interactions so they can't lie to you.

I spent over an hour calling ENT doctor's office within a 40 mile area. No offices had any appointments for at least 2.5 weeks. Yesterday I tried Dr. Brager office after 3 tries to reach someone. Finally a person not a recording answered the phone. They said come to the office today, what a pleasant surprise. We arrived at the office and waited about 40 minutes to be seen. It was upsetting at first to wait but Dr. Brager was great. He evaluated my son, explained the treatment and called in a prescription. He even told the pharmacist a substitution medication that saved us over $50 compared to the urgent care prescription. Although Dr. Brager's office is about 1 hour away, it was worth the ride and I'll return there again.
