I've been increasingly disappointed with the condition of this gym. Management needs to start…read moreaddressing some long-standing issues instead of letting them become the new normal. First, whoever is responsible for maintaining the pools and hot tub isn't doing the job well. Over the past few months, I haven't experienced clean water a single time. The hot tub rarely has more than a couple working jets, and it's been that way for as long as I can remember. The pool behind the hot tub, which is usually cold, is now covered with green stuff and mold, leaves, and other debris. It's not only unpleasant, it raises serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. No one should have to wonder whether the water is safe to swim or relax in. The rest of the facility isn't much better. The gym itself is frequently dirty, and it often feels like basic cleaning is being neglected. Equipment is also regularly out of service, with broken machines sitting for extended periods with notes on them before they're repaired. When you're paying for a membership, you expect equipment to work and the facility to be clean. Management needs to prioritize maintenance, cleanliness, and timely repairs. Right now, it feels like those basics are being ignored and I can't recommend this gym based on the conditions.

I initially came for the Seamoss that's being sold in the fridge, but stayed for the Seamoss Smoothie being made in the cafe. 10/10 healthy and yummy. I've spoken to the owners mother in law a few times and she's super cute and personable. I enjoy chatting for a few mins every time I come in. The only super minor inconvenience is that their POS doesn't have a tap/chip/slide thing so I have to input my info every time I buy something. Luckily this last visit I finally just made an account with them and put my CC info on file haha. Also, I sneaked a peak at the salt room and it's definitely something I want to try in the future!! Looked very enticing.

My sister and I joined recently and so far we love it!…read more It's a very clean facility, everything is always clean and the other members have great etiquette. We don't often come during staffed hours but the staff that we have spoken to are friendly. The girl who did our introduction was very knowledgeable and let us know about all of the promotions up front. She set up our sauna and provided everything we needed for the trial session. I love that there is 24/7 access and I also like that the saunas only hold 2-3 people. It allows my sister and I to have privacy and get some sister time. I'm also not hugely social so I do appreciate not sweating it out in a room full of people. The workouts are easy to follow and the saunas are very clean! A few things to note. They do require that you only use the mats and towels sold by Hotworx, they are made specifically for heated application. Although, I was with a private Hot Yoga facility previously and already owned a mat made specifically for these types of workouts, you cannot use other brands. You can rent their mats/towels for $5 or you can purchase the combo for $117. Many people sell them online for less. The only thing that was a bit of a turn off was the membership cancellation policy. When you first sign up you do have 3 business days to cancel and it states that the studio may charge you a fee to cancel based on how much you used the facility within that time frame. If you do not cancel within the first 3 business days, you are in contract for 90 days and then the membership switches to month-to-month. However, if you want to cancel after the 90 days, you have to give a 60 day notice. So, you're locked in for at least 5 months. If for some reason you need an immediate cancellation the cancellation fee is $99. I researched this before even going to my trial class so i was aware and willing but I don't like that they make it so hard to cancel. You'll also be required to do it in person or by written statement through certified mail and only at the location in which you signed up. You do have the option to freeze your membership for up to 3 months if needed but will still be charged $9 a month and cannot use the facility. I also found it hard to find any of this information on the website.
