I don't understand some of the low ratings for this business because I have had nothing but pleasant experiences every time I have been to get my nails done by Lindsay. The facility is very clean and very well-maintained. Each and every worker is very friendly and attentive to the customers needs. They always have a smile and a cold soda or a bottle of water waiting for you. All you have to do is ask and they will bring it to you plus a drinking straw to boot. Now that's what I call service. Lindsay has been doing my nails for about a year since I left Coco nails because of cocos nails poor service and shady dealings by the owner. I had been a customer at that location for 14 years and one day there was an incident with a worker and my teenage daughter and the owner of the business Katie did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation and even made it worse when she tried to charge me twice for a pedicure and also charged me for a set of nails after her nail technician ruined my daughters natural nails. I left Coco nails in search of a new artistic nail technician when I happened to be lucky enough to come upon Lily Nails now and I am so glad that the other location are used to go to for 14 years did a bad thing and I cut all ties and in my search for a new nail technician I came upon Lindsay. Thank my lucky stars because this girl is so artistic and adorable and kind and sweet. read more

I went and got my nails done at Lily Nails. My nail technician was Lensi and she was great! I was in and out, she did an amazing job and stayed focused on my nails with no distractions. I got a full set with polish and left there satisfied. The wait time was about 10 minutes (I made an appointment). Lensi will definitely be my mail tech while I'm stationed here at Fort Bragg! I have been coming here for almost 2 years and loved this place until today. The older woman doing my nails was extremely rough (like I did something to her and she was mad at me) she rushed through the whole thing and left almost all the dead cuticles surrounding my nails, was visibly annoyed that I wanted a different color on my hands than my feet??? Then when I mentioned the cuticle, she had another technician come do it and she got so much off. They did about 4 coats of the pink polish and after waiting about 10 minutes under the dryer, the polish on my pointer finger slid off when I got home after running to the store. I went for a fill in like I go there every two weeks. The guy that did them this time cut them down after I told him I did not want them cut, then they were not filed even so he had to refile them which made them shorter. He was not apologetic and when I showed the person in charge he had a dumbfounded look on his face. As soon as I sat in the chair they asked me if I wanted anything to drink and if I was comfortable. And people they don't cheat you with your foot massage they set a timer before they start!!! So, I approached this with a bit of trepidation, as it was in the first stages of CoVID reopening and I was in need of a new place to get my nails done (last place did good work -- but the owner's customer service left a lot to be desired). Called to see if there was any way that an appointment could be made available and was told I could come right down, huge plus. They treated me and my child who was with me very well, and did a great job on my nails and eyebrows. It was truly an awesome experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others. read more

To say Jason is unprofessional is a huge understatement! My elderly mom has gone to him for a long time (without me) but she now has 24/7 care and I went to pay for her nails yesterday and just asked him a question about the products he was using. Whether he was doing acrylic or gel nails. He said I was being disrespectful because I was asking about the products. I went to pay and leave him a tip and he refused the tip saying we didn't need to come back. My mom's caregiver got upset the way he was speaking to me and he told her to F-off while my mom was still in his chair. I told her to just leave it alone (knowing we'll NEVER come back).After I left he cont'd to cuss at my mom's caregiver. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IMO and I wanted to make sure people knew how others were being treated by him. Why would you get upset if you are legit?! read more

I showed up as a walk-in on Friday night I requested an SNS filling. Well to start the SNS that I am used to normally use powder and brush to accurately apply the product on the nail. The young guy that did my nails just put my fingers one by one in the powder. I let him know that product was bumpy and it looked like the product was sitting on the top of the nail and not fully covering the nail. Anyway he proceeded to say he wasn't done and continued on. I felt like he was rushing the job I went to wash my hands and when I returned to the desk he was gone. Someone else took my payment which was over $50dollars. When I got home I realized that the was glue was all underneath the fingers nails, they are still bumpy and one finger looks like it's lifting off of the nail bed. The next day I went back in and told them that I wasn't happy with their work and I wanted them to redo because of the horrible job they did. Well needless to say that the young man told me he would only do one nail and that I would have to pay to redo all of them. I explained the work is horrible and he should just fix it. He then spoke Asian unsure of what dilate to his coworker you know they we're talking crap about me.. I feel like a technician should always back their work especially if the client is not happy. I am not the type of person that ever complains but it was bad if I'm writing this review. I also let the young man know that the water seems to be going underneath the nail and I was worried about fungus his response was you have to dry under the nail.. what kind of bullish!! Is that.. As I stood there in disbelief of his response I decided to take my business elsewhere and write this review. You will not profit from horrible service! Remember karma is a bi!ch! read more

I couldn't give them a good rating even though they do a pretty decent job at nails. A few times I have made appointments to get my nails done and still wasn't seen for over an hour later. There was basically no point of having an appointment. On a separate occasion I went in to get my toes done and wanted them to draw something cute on my toes and they put a sticker on them and then just put clear gel nail polish over it and called it a day. read more

The worst pedicure I ever had in my life. He did not know what he was doing he was very rough and kept niche in my skin. He never turned the chair on for a massage and he seemed very confused but in a hurry. I told him if he can cut my toe or niche me again I was leaving. The lady who was intervening had a bad attitude and then she ran to the cash register as if I was going to run out the door. I just paid $70 to get My nails done and they haven't even lasted a week. A good set of acrylic nails should last at least a month , 3 of my nails have come off and my toe nail polish is rubbing off too which I paid $30 for as well.... I don't find this good in the nail business. Don't recommend for first option . read more

I walked in and asked for a polish change and fill-in on my toes with acrylic on them. I was sat and asked if I wanted gel I declined. I asked if the man could also cut down two of my toes he said and I quote "you asking for too much if you want too much you should get a pedicure". I said no Thankyou. I picked a color similar to cotton candy but with a more pink base but it still did not show up enough to my liking so I asked if he could paint my toes pink first and then paint the other color on top? He said yes but if you don't like it I'm not changing it again although he only did one toe. He rushed through it and they came out sloppy and he did not add a top coat and asked me to go ahead to the dryer. Not even 2 minutes of me sitting there he told me to leave! I said there was no way I was dry that fast and he said "you can go" I should have walked out but I went to the counter and he charged me $25 he said his name was John highly doubt that but that's what he said. I've never been treated so rudely here. I've been coming here a long time way before this group of people started working here "kim" use to do my nails and I must say ever since this group of people took over my nails started coming out worse and worse every time That's why I stopped getting my nails done here just get pedicures but sometimes I don't need or have time for a full pedicure I just need a polish change and obviously they have a problem with that so they resort to Unprofessionalism. read more
