DO NOT COME HERE!!!! For your own safety i recommend to not come here. I was new to the area and wanted to get may nails done wishing military regulations and i saw the reviews on here and decided to try it out. I have gotten Gel X nails before and i know that there is a sort of uncomfortable sensation on the nails when the gel is curing. The lady closet to the window was doing my nails and i was on video call with my fiancée since i went alone. She did the first nail and i kid you not it was extremely painful not even uncomfortable just absolutely UNBEARABLE. I told her and her response was that after that it stops hurting. I tend to not want to disturb someone while they're working but there was multiple times where i voiced that i was in pain and questioning whether there was something wrong with the gel or the light. She completes my whole right hand and moved to my left and lord i couldn't help it anymore because next thing you know i pass out!!! My fiancée was terrified since he said i went straight head forward onto the table! The employees were sweet enough to get me water and a fan but i think the was malpractice and someone who didn't train properly. The nails turned out very cute don't get me wrong but i did my research not long after and there were a few factors that made me realize that they don't really have the proper training or tools. She was holding the light way to close and leaving it on one spot for each nail, that is what made it feel unbearable. After the service they charged me around 120-130$!

The area is always very clean, the lady's are also very nice and it doesn't feel like your getting your nails done by a stranger. They talk to you about life or whatever so you're not just sitting there for an hour in silence, which I really like. I will continue to go here, every design I've asked for they did perfectly!

I can't speak highly enough of ninja nails, I had Nan and she was amazing! I told her I wanted to try a new color and we tried 8 colors until I found the right color, she was so patient. She also had fantastic attention to detail while preparing my nails, file; shape; and cuticle. My nails came out perfect, I'm so happy to finally have a regular place I can go to get my nails done in fayetteville!

This is my favorite nail shop in Fayetteville! I see Krystel and she always delivers exactly what I ask for. Her work is top tier and she can do anything. I would suggest making an appointment

I gotta say I do love my nails but they were wayyyy over priced I went somewhere else about 3 weeks ago, got the same length and the same amount of paint. If not more. They charged me over $200 for 2 pedis and nails. Good service though.

I did a walk-in with Ninja Nails. The lady that did my pedicure was amazing. She took her time and provided exceptional service. I will definitely go bac

Found this place from the Yelp reviews and it was definitely worth it. Was able to get a same day appointment. The girl that did my nails was awesome (I can't remember her name). I don't love the color I got but that is 100% on me since I picked it out. I have been hesitant to get my nails done since Covid, but they all wore masks, had glass between me and the tech, and there was hand sanitizer everywhere. I will definitely be back.

Just had a walk-in with Ashley! So amazing I love my pedicure! She was so nice and sweet. Explained everything to me and was very considerate about a condition I have with my legs. Definitely going back to her

I was extremely disappointed with my service this day. I've had nothing but great experiences with the techs before so I didn't anticipate this would be a problem. I had Brenda this particular day. I always lead with the fact that I like my nails, particularly cuticles, a certain way and that I really need the clean look around my nail beds. I was there for 3.5hrs for a gel mani/pedi. On several occasions I had to ask her to redo nails and would show her where I was displeased and I would be met with either an attitude or a negation of what I felt was the issue. For starters, she would use the excuse that the business itself limits her from doing certain things and that's why I received the service that I did. Secondly, she struggles with the cuticle trimmer. I think learning another way to hold it may be beneficial. As she cut the sides of my nail, she held it and cut them horizontally instead of vertically so much was missed. And my cuticle was actually never cut down. She only attempted to cut what was on the nail bed and what was underneath the cuticle once she scraped the nail for dear life. It was actually painful. Lastly, my nails were not even filed neatly. I was certainly taken aback and wasn't even interested in going through with the gel manicure at that point. It's unfortunate because I really liked the previous nail techs I've had and they gave such thorough service. I'll likely still go back but ensure that I use other techs. The photos associated with this review were taken 3hrs after I left the salon. It literally looks as if I never received a manicure. After 3.5hrs, I declined the gel service and left after the gel pedicure and regular manicure. I wasn't even interested in a clear polish on my nails at this point. Update: Brenda left me the most unprofessional and immature response here on Yelp. She used expletives, some sexual in nature, and confused me with another dissatisfied customer of hers (go figure). I will certainly never patronize this establishment again.

If I could Fit Kim in my suitcase to bring her back to Florida with me I would ! She did her thang with these omg ! I usually have to explain my shape and get them reshaped 2 or three different times to get them how I like them but she did them perfectly on the first go. I definitely recommend this place, everyone is so welcoming and down to earth you can just tell them what you want and have a great conversation. Thank you so much for a great first experience! 10/10

Ragged nail ends, remaining dip powder on the surface and the surface is so rough it catches on everything.

Update: I messaged Ninja Nails on FB and the owners got back to me, were very apologetic, refunded what I paid and offered a discount. I've had several people reach out to assure me this is the standard behavior of Brenda and not a good reflection of the rest of the staff so I'll be giving them another chance. ---- I went in to have dip powder taken off. Simple. Except it wasn't. Instead of wrapping each nail in foil as most places do they had me place my hands in bowls of acetone - and then, when my hands started burning she just filed off what came off easily, didn't bother trying to smooth the ends or the surface and said have a nice day. I'm left with ragged nails with dip powder still on them. I'm still going to have to figure out how to get the rest off and now my skin is also wrecked on my hands. No nail tech should feel like it's acceptable to allow someone to leave with nails so rough that they can't even touch their own skin or clothing. It took a $3 file to fix the rough mess Brenda left me with. And I wouldn't have called her out by name but she sent me a very rude and unprofessional message disputing my experience. She never offered a manicure - which I would have taken her up on, had she explained the mess I'd be left with without it. I can deal with having the leftover dip powder left more-so than how exceedingly rough and ragged my nails were. She also told me I should have gone to where I got them done to have them taken off. Never mind that that location is 8 hours from here.

Her staff was so sweet and willing to learn. They just opened October 19, 2024. The place is beautifully clean kept up and family run they give you a drink upon sitting down and you have a nice snack to nibble on if needed as a new client. The first time you come you get 20% off as well as a small bottle of lotion. The attention to detail is amazing and I could not speak better about this place.

Review of Eva's Nail Bar - A Highly Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience…read more I visited Eva's Nail Bar expecting a relaxing gel pedicure and a full set of rounded French tip acrylics before an important event. I brought in a photo reference and clearly communicated what I was looking for, both in shape and style. The first technician cut my nails much shorter than I requested. I immediately let him know I wanted them longer, and although I remained polite and clear, he seemed frustrated and eventually passed me off to the owner. Once I was in the owner's chair, things quickly went from disappointing to completely inappropriate. She seemed rushed and did not take the time to confirm my preferences. Without asking, she began doing a dip powder French tip rather than acrylics. When she asked if I wanted a second dip of pink, I said yes, not realizing it would result in a very bright pink base, completely unlike the neutral nude shade I had shown her in the photo. When I respectfully let her know that the color and shape did not match what I had requested, she became visibly irritated and defensive. I asked if the shape could be adjusted and if the color could be corrected. Rather than taking the feedback professionally, she raised her voice and refused. When I asked her why she was yelling, she responded loudly that she was the owner and this was her place of business, as if that justified her behavior. It was clear at that point that she had no regard for basic customer service. She was intentionally making a scene in front of the other clients. What followed was incredibly uncomfortable. She escalated the situation by threatening to call the police if I did not pay, even though I never once said I would not. I was calm and composed throughout, asking for a resolution, not a refund or a confrontation. At one point, another employee, an older gentleman who said he was prior service, apologized to me for how I was being treated. That speaks volumes. After nearly 15 minutes of back and forth, she reluctantly reshaped the nails slightly, but they still did not resemble the look I had requested. I asked if she could at least remove them so I could go elsewhere to have them corrected, and she refused. She told me I could pay another salon to fix them. What should have been a peaceful moment of self-care before an event turned into an embarrassing and stressful situation entirely caused by the owner's lack of professionalism and respect. She did not just mistreat a customer. She embarrassed herself and her staff in the process. And despite all of this, I still tipped, not for the service, but for the time. That is the kind of person I am. I will never return, and I cannot recommend Eva's Nail Bar to anyone looking for a respectful or professional salon experience.
