An edit to my very poor 06 Dec 2021 review: I visited Queen Nails on Yadkin Rd. again a few days ago, wondering if anything had changed. Wow, it sure has! Cleaned up inside. Great employees. Organized. Not to sound biased but there are now English-speaking employees for those who feel hesitant that their requests may not be understood. Small chit-chat was relaxing and pleasant. CHARGED DOUBLE POSTED PRICE. Couldn't do simple French tip. I showed photo before we started. The male employee said yes, no problem. He drew a thick straight line and I showed the photo again Asked for a natural ombre. He bought out the airbrush and made a spraypaint like effect. I showed the photo again and he asked "how am I to do that" I said thats why I showed you idk. Then told him we could just leave the natural base and he did. I was super polite and kind the whole time. Yes disappointed but not frustrated yet. Then when I got to the register, he told me it was $30. I asked and pointed to their pricing and he said no just 30 and wouldn't communicate any more. I paid and walked out. This was supposed to be a treat for myself for getting through a rough week and I'm super disappointed. Definitely a scam in there 10/10 would NOT recommend. read more

This was my first pedicure in Fayetteville. It has the same name as me..what could go wrong? For the prices of a spa pedicure...it is not spa like at all. The polish job itself is ok but the products used and the techniques were lacking. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect at a strip mall nail salon. I feel I will continue to look for my fave spot, as this just wasnt it. read more

I can't begin to tell you have many coats of paint I have on my nails . Because the first person couldn't paint . Looks like my 4 year old did this . Let me leave with white paint on my fingers . I'll never go back . They can't do what is asked and what they advertise either . After I mentioned the fake photos on their Instagram page they took them all Down !!!! read more

I *only* come here for my manicures. The technicians are absolutely the best and my results are always gorgeous. I've never once left without a smile on my face and even when I'm too busy to get back in within the recommended time frame, my nails hold up. Update: Michelle offers amazing services and reasonable prices. I drive an hour from Raleigh every three weeks to see her. Most salons in the Raleigh area overcharge for basic services and the quality is subpar. Which will be the reason why I will continue to see her. Michelle will go out her way to fix an issue if you let her know. She is kind courteous and sociable. If you want quality nails done for a fair price stop by this shop. read more

First time customer. Very friendly and personable staff. Although conversation is not the service I am paying for. Got a mani/pedi which was okay. Not many regular color polishes to choose from. They have plenty of gel color options which are an additional $15. They don't use the sanitary plastic coverings on the pedi tubs. Left the salon around 7:30pm. At 10pm my nails (fingers and toes) are smudging and my thumb paint has completely came off from putting on my shoe. Cheap old polish. After 2.5 hours nothing should be moving. read more

Went here with my friend and we both got acrylic sets and pedicures done in gel polish. Although the nail technician was very friendly, I would not say her skills are on par with other shops around at a much cheaper rate. Both of our sets were lumpy, not filled to the cuticle line, and were missing spots of polymer on multiple nails. Initially, I was extremely pleased when I noticed she was accounting for my crooked middle fingers when applying the nail tips but that soon went away as she started applying the acrylic. Gel polish application was also a bit sloppy as some of it was applied and cured to my naked acrylic lacking nail bed. The shape of the nails was also wonky, I asked for almond shape nails instead I got short fat pistachios. As for our pedicures, my friend and I had 2 different people while my friend's technician was great, the polish application was not the greatest. My technician on the other hand seemed as tho he didn't like feet or perhaps it was just my feet he didn't like. My pedicure looks like I did it in the dark and my husband makes fun of me for it. Might I add it's only been a few days and my set is already lifting like a guy on roids in planet fitness on a Saturday night? Overall we each spent well over 120 dollars to get our feelings hurt. Oh, and they had roaches crawling on us and tried to hide them. So ultimately we're hurt and traumatized. Lovely customer service tho. Would not go again. read more

Wonderful experience! Splurged and got the deluxe pedicure and it was well worth it. It's like a have baby soft feet again! They got me hot chocolate and a superior bakery glazed croissant while my feet soaked. Excellent service and very friendly. My toe polish is a bit smudged but I honestly think it was my fault! I made an appointment here for 5 women to get pedicures done all at the same time and they told me they could do it. So I made the appointment at 7 because they closed at 730. I showed up at 645 after I had called the lady and she told me they were all ready fo us. At 7 pm, they only had two people doing feet. The other two were doing nails and eye brows...We didnt get the service we had asked for. I had plans i had to attend at 830.......needless to say I never got my pedicure because at 745 ( 45 mins after my scheduled appt) My feet had still not been worked on.
