Walked in with a friend and was able to be seen within 20 minutes, which is great. They have a large selection of colors, which is great. They also offer dip powder. My friend was getting a gel manicure, and I was getting a regular pedicure. The timing was a bit off as they started on her first despite gel curing much faster compared to regular polish. Additionally, I had selected the citrus treatment for my pedicure so a little bit more of a process - my friend ended up having to wait for my service to complete as it took significantly longer. I love that they have a huge menu for their pedicures. The different sets each come with an adorable tray with your fixings and some fresh flowers. I think this is really special and makes you feel pampered. Price for a dip powder mani and a citrus pedicure came out to ~$80, which I think was reasonable. I was a little disappointed by the quality of the actual pedicure itself - definitely have had cleaner lines and consistent color throughout the nail, instead of varying layers. The foot massage was more of a light leg rub. You can see some of the corners are not filled in all the way, some of the nails you can see where she cut one layer short on top of another and though it's hard to see in the picture, there are a couple of lumps in the polish so it looks sloppy up close. Fortunately it's on my feet so I don't have to look at them that closely. I do think that I possibly got a less careful technician and, if I were a local, I would give this spot another try with a different technician as I can see in other photos, some of the work is definitely tidier than what I had! Additionally my friends powder mani came out fine. That's why I am still giving this place four stars because I think the pedicure treatments go the extra mile and, there are probably more detail oriented technicians available. Plus I wasn't expecting to get a half decent nail salon in Raeford so that was a pleasant surprise! Another thing to note for covid conscious folks, I would say true mask wearing for staff is about half and half. Where some folks either did not have a mask or had it covering their mouth only. Most patrons were wearing masks but a couple people who came in did not have one and were not asked to put one on. Hand washing is not required upon entry. Proof of vaccination not required upon entry. read more

Stars for good service! the pictures kinda play this place up. It's right next to a smoke shop but and the salon itself is pretty small. The pedicure stations are pretty outdated. If it wasn't for some lady arguing super loud on the phone my visit would have been more relaxing. Okay, back to the salon. I only got A pedicure and I couldn't really tell the difference in the services other than price. The lady was nice and efficient. So... don't expect to walk right in and get taken care of, even if you have an appointment. This place is busy. They are busy because they have reasonable prices and do very nice work and the staff is friendly. Bottom line if you aren't on a tight schedule this place is amazing. Came here for the first time today. Called a few days ago and made an appointment. Waited 30 minutes past the appointment. They were busy, not a huge deal and I understand a wait. From walking in to paying and leaving took over two hours. I have had plenty of gel pedicures and have NEVER had them take this long. Each time I would get something done (like a scrub) the woman would leave and I'd wait 15 minutes or more until she came back To do the next thing in my pedicure. At one point she told me sorry I don't do gel pedicures. So I had to wait another 30 minutes for someone else. The place is very clean and everyone is friendly but if you are unable to deal with the volume of customers, or what service they would like, in a somewhat timely manner than that should be communicated. We were visiting my mother-in-law in North Carolina & she wanted to treat us to a pedicure after we left our massages. It was a great suggestion because she brought us here to Four Seasons. They happened to have availability for 3 walk-in pedicures at the same time & I have to say, it was the BEST pedicure I have ever had. They had options we don't have back here in California - some kind of gel beads that were in the water. It made my feet feel so soft. The technicians are very good - they take the time to really do a good callous remover & their massages were fantastic. I wish we had a pedicure option like they have here in CA. Give them a try if you are in the area! You will love it! read more

Got a full set and pedicure done today and it was honestly one of the best experiences. I normally don't get my nails done, but my husband is coming home after a long deployment so I thought it'd be a perfect opportunity. The only catch is I had my 9 month old son with me and I was very nervous about him crying while I was getting my nails done. The ladies were so nice and caring and even started my full set while I was getting a pedicure to speed up the process. They were extremely patient and accommodating with my son being there. The prices are more than fair and my nail tech, Karen, was absolutely amazing. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable and to ensure that I got what I asked for and more. Four seasons nails and spa is a great place to get your nails done. I took my granddaughterto have her nails done and was very pleased for the price point. (Picture below). I haven't used other nail/spa services, but even it is safer to do so will be trying their other services as well. Adored my experience today! Had a deluxe pedicure and was very satisfied. Technician took her time, engaged in conversation with me and made me feel very comfortable. I also appreciate how she applied the polish, and made sure my water stayed warm. The salon is gorgeous, very clean and inviting and the services are well priced and varied. Well, I thought I found the perfect place for getting my pedicure and nails done. NOPE!!!! My third time there was terrible. If they are busy they do terrible work. They have you wait, wait and wait saying 15 minutes. It's all about getting you to a chair and you still wait. Then they rush and make mistake and you inform them they say no problem I'll fix to say nothing is wrong. Now you are second guessing yourself and ask the customer next to you and they actually see the mistake. COME ON, then they want to argue with you in front of others. I inform them I will not pay for the service because I ask them to correct the issue. If they don't want to miss any money take care of your clients/customers and they will take care of you. I'm not even sure how to begin this review, because I'm still pretty in shock of the entire experience. If I could give zero stars I would. Since this Spa is literally spitting distance from my neighborhood I figured I'd give them a try and the reviews seemed promising. Oh boy was I wrong. I walked in at 15:30 and was told that my wait would be around 5-10min. No big deal, I didn't have an appointment so I was prepared to wait. After close to 30min I was finally put in a chair for my Pedicure. Now I will say that the salon is very clean and initially the staff appeared friendly. While I sat in my chair with my feet soaking, the liner got caught in the overflow drain and it made a big soggy mess. This prompted them to shut off the water jets and drain all the water. Another 20mins go by and 2 technicians finished their clients and didn't seem interested in doing my pedicure so instead they handed off my pedicure to the older woman who seemed to have the job of cleaning, folding towels and getting the supplies for the techs. This older woman proceeds to sit down and turn the water back on fill the tub with plain hot water. She overfilled the tub and water spilled everywhere on the floor. She then proceeds to wipe and mop everything up and tries to tend to my feet again, NOT changing her gloves. Come on!!! You just mopped the floor with these gloves and now you want to touch my feet? Not acceptable. I kindly asked her to change her gloves and she did as per my request. Next she applied cuticle remover and instantly puts my feet back into the tub. Well then, that step was pointless. She takes my feet back out of the tub and proceeds to squirt Acetone all over my feet and tries to massage it in. She then takes the nail clippers and somehow managed to slip and cut me on the top of my big toe. I informed them I will be gathering my things and will be leaving. They wanted to know when I would be back for polish. Seriously? This wasn't a Pedicure, this was a disaster. My left foot wasn't even touched and they worry about polish? Not at all concerned with the horrible mistakes and blood visible, they actually had the audacity to ask for payment. I gave them their money because I wasn't about to cause a scene but I won't be recommending this place to anyone and I will stay far away from it myself. I'm extremely disappointed and completely in shock over this. read more
