I went in for a manicure with clear polish and an eyebrow arch, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. The man doing my manicure rushed through it, cut me, and didn't seem to care. Afterward, he took me to get my eyebrows done, but I had to remind him about the clear polish. He applied it while my eyebrows were being arched, leaving my nails wet and smudging them on my shirt when I got up. Another technician had to go over the polish, which was frustrating. The worst part, however, was the music. They were playing songs with extreme profanity--words like "pussy," "bitch," and "nigga"--and it wasn't the radio-edited version. I found this incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. At 12:10, the music was finally changed, but by then the damage was done.
