They have labeled my 12 year old dog as hard to handle and charge $10 more and on top of that, this last haircut was awful. She has long strands all over and her feet look chopped up. They should have took off money instead of an extra charge. My dog seemed extremely tired and was very shaky. Unlike, how she has been at other visits. I'm not saying they gave or sprayed anything on her but she wasn't herself. However I do not recommend this location. I hesitated to bring her back after the last few grooming hoping to find a decent grooming on the list. Nope it just got worse. Never again at the Lufkin location.

I told the gentleman I was on my way and was driving one hour to get it to please hold it for me. He told me no problem, I gave him my name and headed up there. When I got there and asked for the turtle they informed me that they can't hold anything and they sold him. So a wasted an hour to be lied too! I then had to drive 2 additional hour out of the way to PETCO that held a turtle for me "considering I was driving so far away" The turtle was for my 3 year old best friends son's birthday, that has begged for a turtle since he could talk. Way to have great customer service PetSmart! my Family nor I was be visiting a PetSmart again.

I'm not a huge yelper but I try to post reviews for particularly good and bad places/experiences I…read morehave. This place is one of the good ones! I'm from Hollywood/Beverly Hills area in CA and was visiting the Lufkin area and my sweetie needed a grooming. Back home, there is no shortage of high end pet grooming/spas and such. My dog came back from Lucky Puppy looking as good as any grooming she's had back in CA and better than most of them! And they don't charge Beverly Hills prices either. So if you are used to paying substantially more in a bigger city like I am, don't cheap out on the gratuity if you like the results. I was a bit nervous taking her to a random place in a strange town but I found some other reviews elsewhere saying good things and after seeing how great she looks afterward I am now so glad I found Lucky Puppy. It's just too bad we won't be able to return regularly since we are just visiting the area.

I corrected him because I was staring at the schedule on the door. It was already 10:20 by this time. And I had to run other errands. I wound up finding a better place to find rats that didn't smell like urine . He doesn't know how to count precise change back and when I originally started buying rats the price was 48$ the last time I purchased he charged me 59$ I asked why? He didn't bother to ask me. I think it will be a better idea to go elsewhere for my reptile baby needs. Folks avoid this place he either needs to hire help or close down because it really smells and the animals in there are in filthy cages , at least places like PetSmart and Petco know how to clean a cage daily.

WWW.PRECIOUSPAWS4YOU.COM HONEST BREEDER. I have known Sheila Flowers and her kennel for years and…read moreI know that she is completely honest in all her dealings. Her dogs are well cared for and raised in great circumstances with Sheila in constant attendance. SHE WOULD NEVER SHIP A SICK PUPPY NOR ACCEPT A DISHONEST DOLLAR. All the complaints against her were issued on April 14 and 15, 2012 by the same people who are themselves the dishonest dealer. All complaints are by ficticious names posted from Phoenix, AZ, and probably from the same IP address. As a fellow breeder I am appalled by this attempt to destroy the reputation of one of the most honest, knowledgeable, and dependable breeders I know. The situation came about by the following: A person from TinyTeacupWorld purchased a Chihuahua puppy from Sheila at around $1,500. The puppy weighed 1 lb 5 ozs when it was shipped on 3/14/12 to Anna Montez in Maricopa, Arizona. The next day the puppy was featured on a YOUTUBE video on the site of tinyteacupworld.com/mani (mani being the name they designated for the puppy). The puppy is obviously happy and well and featured on a sales video in which the narrator states that the puppy weighs only l lb, having evidently lost 5 ozs from the previous day. The video as a sales tool seems to have worked extremely well. A lady in Florida states that she made a $500 deposit against an approximate $3,000 price for the puppy. When she tried to arrange for delivery she was told the puppy was no longer available. The Florida lady was unable to get her deposit back and became really upset. She searched the internet until she found the same puppy on preciouspaws4you.com and contacted Sheila for help. The only thing Sheila did to offend the complainers was to contact them and ask that they return the Florida lady's deposit or send her the puppy. All the ugly comments and complaints originated from that single helpful action. What can Christians and society do about people who use the internet to destroy reputations and businesses built on honesty and hard work. I don't know, but I am appalled that this could happen . All breeders selling animals on the internet should get in line to protest this attempt to destroy the reputation of an honest person and breeder of integrity.
