What a fun place!…read more Since the previous place we went to was on last call, we came and spent the rest of the night here. I had heard from several friends that this was a great place to watch sports games and has a good crowd. While it was late when we came, there were still plenty of people. First off, this place is huge. I almost got lost for a second because it seemed like every turn I went I ended up in a new room. Like the last place, this has a whole section dedicated to darts and pool. There's ample space and TVs in the main part of the bar and throughout. Drink wise, I got my typical three olives grape and sprite and my friend got a beer. He loves this place for the food and the atmosphere. He got an order of wings, fries, and jalapeño Mac and cheese balls. While we were looking for a place to sit, he took me outside in their heated and covered outdoor area. Again, there was ample seating, but best of all, they have a pop-a-shot machine! He ate for a little bit and then we went to play. Overall, I loved the space and drinks and def see myself coming back when I'm in the area.

The place is small but gives off cool vibes... The drinks were soo good!!! The menu is very limited but I like that so they can concentrate on what they do best.... Burgers and Pizza!!!! The DB Smashburger was awesome!!! Ask for extra sauce!!! The Philly was great.... It is "pressed" and comes with "the Whiz". Which is authentic to Philly!!! Hard to find that around STL!!! We split a bag of Parm Fries!!!! Our server was so attentive and helpful as she really didn't need to as you order at the counters for food and drink!! We ordered a pizza to go.... Small, pricey for a 1 topping but delish! Will go back!

The food is fantastic though. Their pizzas are all great I love the Hell's Kitchen, margarita, and Suzy Q. The burgers are smashed and very juicy. The fries might be my favorite part because the whole table can have some for only $5. Their spicy garlic are the best with red hot ripplet seasoning covering them the STL way. Will be returning numerous times in the future. Owner and staff are all very nice. If I could tell the owner anything, please get a golden tee machine in that free space!!

Their dough was crunchy and chewy and the sauce is very sweet, which complimented the mozzarella basil and olive oil. We got a chance to meet the owner, whose service was amazing and our bartender was very quick and efficient and pleasant. The thing that stood out to us the most was just the ambience which was right up our alley. The lights in the ceiling, the dark wall colors, and the bar and seating area. All were what you envision when visiting a dive bar that's truly a part of our community.

We also ordered some food.. sliders, mozzarella sticks, burgers, etc. A friend got a side salad, but unfortunately the pear was rotten. The place has a lot of potential, but having only one staff member checking on tables, tending the bar, and delivering food made things feel pretty hectic and disorganized. The ceiling lights were cute and I could definitely see this place having a really nice atmosphere around the holidays!

The atmosphere was fine--lively but not overwhelming, and it worked well for a laid-back night out. Our server was friendly and attentive, which honestly stood out as one of the better parts of the experience. Food-wise, it was just okay. We tried a mix of things--tater tots, wings (both sauced and dry), pizza, and chicken tenders. Everything was decent, but nothing really stood out. The wings had good flavor but weren't anything special, and the pizza was pretty standard bar-style. Portions were solid, though, and it's definitely the kind of place where you can find something everyone will eat. Overall, it's a good spot if you're looking for a casual, no-pressure place to hang out, watch a game, and grab some familiar bar food--but I wouldn't go out of my way for the food itself.
