CAUTION TO ALL STR HOSTS…read more I do not recommend this company for short-term rental turnovers. I hired this company based on the quoted price, only to be presented with additional charges after the work had already begun. As a host, reliable pricing and dependable cleaning are essential, and unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations. The cleaning team left multiple issues unaddressed, including: * Dirty sheets left on beds * Yellow stains remaining in toilets * Appliances left with visible streaks and smudges * Dishes left in the dishwasher * Towels left unfinished in the washer I was then told I needed to pay an additional $45 for approximately 30 more minutes of work, bringing the total to $225, or the cleaners would leave before completing the job. After paying the additional fee, I later discovered that towels had simply been taken from the floor, folded, and placed back into circulation rather than being properly washed. For a short-term rental, cleanliness is not a minor detail--it directly impacts guest satisfaction, reviews, and overall ratings. Every detail matters. What troubles me most is that the number and nature of these issues make it difficult to understand how they could have been overlooked by experienced cleaners. Whether this was due to inadequate training, poor supervision, low morale, or a lack of accountability, the result was the same: my property was left in a condition that could have negatively affected my guest reviews and hosting reputation. Management should take a close look at its quality-control process because these problems reflect poorly on the company and raise serious concerns about employee performance and oversight. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves quality control, communication, and pricing transparency. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to other STR hosts.

They are remarkable. When they came to look at my house and provide a quote they checked the blinds, baseboards, tops of picture frames, and so on for dust. When they came to clean for the first time they were exceptional. I am very picky and they did absolutely everything...cleaned all the fans, took the pads out of the dog crates and vacuumed them, took the soap out of the dishes and cleaned them, washed the sheets and made the bed, rolled the towels in the bathrooms, and more than I ever expected. They were unbelievably thorough and worth every penny. I moved to The Villages a few months ago and tried several other people before them, none of whom came even close to the attention to detail of these quality-driven young men! I am not one to leave reviews very often but I also have rarely had the kind of quality experience in any kind of business as these young men provided. You will not be disappointed.

They only clean for three hours, and if you ask them to focus on something like the fridge, they may not properly clean other areas. In my experience, they left my kitchen cabinets, countertops, and bathroom surfaces covered in dust, grease, and dirt. When they finished, they didn't check in with me, the homeowner, to make sure the job met my expectations. Instead of apologizing, the manager dismissed my concerns with a careless response. This is an hourly cleaning service, not a true move-in/move-out cleaning. I regret not taking more photos to show how poorly they cleaned, as I had to spend the night finishing the job for my tenant. (Stop Doing It Yourself) and hired Ruby Red Cleaning to deep clean our home as we prepared for the arrival of our first baby. I just did not have the energy at that time and it was such a gift to have someone come and tackle all those pesky chores I had been putting off. We had a great experience with the Ruby Red team of two cleaners and all the communications were easy & clear via text message and their website. They have a very streamlined process which we really appreciate. It was so nice having a clean, dust-free house and after I gave birth, we decided to continue using their services for routine monthly cleanings. After your house has been deep cleaned, the routine maintenance becomes much more manageable and does not cost as much. We found a schedule that works with our budget and now just about a year later, It's been the best way to "treat myself" as a new mom. Our little guy is already on the move, crawling all over the place, and I've had peace of mind knowing that our floors are not dirty and he can be free to explore his surroundings. They also use eco-friendly baby safe cleaning products with no harsh chemicals which was another important factor for us. Overall, I would highly recommend Ruby Red Cleaning for your residential cleaning needs!

Last year, while my wife was pregnant and close to giving birth to our son, we decided to treat…read moreourselves to a cleaning service and opted for a deep cleaning so that our baby could come home to a super clean house. We had so much going on at the time and just didn't have the time or energy to clean our home ourselves so Ruby Red really came in clutch. We received a quote quickly and cleaners were able to come the week that my wife was scheduled to go the hospital. The cleaners did an amazing job and were both very friendly. We have a smaller house and they were great about navigating the tight spaces and asking questions about certain areas where necessary. Well, as most new parents know, the first few months were chaotic and we were perpetually tired so before we knew it, our house was trashed and we needed Ruby Red's services once again. This time, we went with their basic cleaning package ($150) and it only differed in a few areas, most notably, we had 1 cleaner this time around instead of 2, and certain areas were cleaned a little differently. This package worked well for our budget and once we were able to get on our own feet again, we were able to fill the gaps when needed, like the baseboards, air vents, and other areas that are normally add-ons. As a guy who grew up lower income, this was a difficult expense to continue to do regularly but living in a smaller house, every part of the house is a "high traffic" area so it all gets messy/dirty quickly. After how well those first two cleanings went, we decided to continue the service monthly! I pride myself on being able to tackle the cleaning myself, and still do, but over the course of a month of cleaning and tidying the house myself, while being a first-time dad, it's honestly EXTREMELY helpful having a cleaner come once a month to take the pressure off of me and my wife. We've now been using their services for under a year now and have been very happy with the ease of communication, billing + tipping system, and the friendly staff that clean our home. A few things to note: they're an eco-friendly cleaning product service so they won't use harsh products like bleach when they clean your home. They're very clear and upfront about what they can and cannot do on their website, as well as what's included in their pricing so be sure to browse their site and ask all of the right questions during your first consult. They take detailed notes on their end and will clean areas to your preference without having to be reminded each month, even if a different cleaner comes to clean. We honestly look forward to this service each month now - 10 out 10 highly recommend.
