The store is absolutely impeccable--spotless, beautifully laid out, and incredibly well organized. Every section is thoughtfully arranged, making it not only easy to find what you need, but genuinely enjoyable to browse. It's the kind of place where you walk in for one item and leave inspired to transform your entire home. The staff truly elevate the experience. They are courteous, patient, and genuinely attentive without ever being pushy. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and their knowledge makes a difference. Whether you have a specific project in mind or you're just exploring ideas, they guide you in a way that feels helpful and effortless. What I loved most is how inspiring the store is. It's not just about storage--it's about creating a more organized, functional, and peaceful environment. I found myself discovering so many smart solutions for both home and on-the-go organization that I hadn't even thought of before. On top of that, the entire experience is just easy. There's plenty of convenient parking, which makes getting in and out stress-free. Even the restrooms are spotless and well-maintained--something that really reflects the overall attention to detail and high standards of the store. Their exchange and return policy is another huge plus--simple, hassle-free, and customer-friendly, which gives you confidence when trying new products. This is more than just a retail store--it's an experience. Between the fantastic service, the immaculate environment, and the endless inspiration, it's quickly becoming one of my favorite places to shop. I'll definitely be back again and again.

I have a love-hate relationship with The Container Store…read more On one hand, I love the promise of order. On the other hand, I resent the fact that I now apparently need to buy a container to house another container of stuff. We are living in a time where you are expected to pour your perfectly good box of Cheerios into a more aesthetically pleasing box before placing it in your cupboard. I am really supposed to believe the original box is no longer acceptable? Enter The Container Store, which both soothes and triggers me. I am currently in what I can only describe as a soul crushing transitional phase of life. I have just moved. I do not have dressers yet. Not because I cannot buy them, but because I refuse to be trigger happy and purchase something I will regret. I am painfully picky about furniture. So instead of making a rash decision, I am living out of boxes. Yes. Boxes for clothes. Plastic containers for makeup. Random bins for food. It is not glamorous. I DO have a pantry... I'm in a new construction home.... everything is fresh, new and oh so not organized... This time, I am trying to approach it differently. Buy exactly what I need. Not the whole store. Just what serves a purpose right now. That is how I ended up with roller storage solutions, including a Hulken bag, which is actually kind of brilliant. It is sturdy, has wheels, looks cool, and currently houses clothes that either do not fit or need alterations. I can move it around easily, which in this dresser free existence feels like luxury. There are genuinely smart solutions in that store. The Elfa system is excellent. I have had California Closets before and loved them. There are plenty of closet systems out there that can transform a space into something functional and beautiful. But my core pain at the moment is simple. I do not have dressers. I cannot put anything away. Everything feels temporary, stacked, shifted, mobile. The Container Store gives you tools to create order. It just also reminds you how much order you do not currently have.

She is very professional and trustworthy, but more importantly, she is kind and non-judgmental. She focuses on the task at hand and doesn't get sidetracked. She helps you put systems in place to get organized and stay organized. Our first project was to tackle the office and all that paperwork. Nicole quickly helped me sort through TONS of boxes of paperwork - both mine and my Mother's. We organized all the documents and office supplies and set up a complete filing system. We have completed projects in other areas of the house as well, including several closets and storage areas. We have made tremendous progress and I plan to continue having Nicole assist me with the remainder of my projects until everything is complete. I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to Nicole for everything she has done to help me get my life back on track. I will be forever grateful. Karen, Winter Haven, FL

Finally my mum was out of town and I got the idea to get professional help to clean that space, as I had made the attempt by myself a couple of times, and gotten so overwhelmed that I would end up walking away after 5 mins. After checking out reviews on Yelp for Organizers, I felt the most comfortable with Spark's website + philosophy, and then I also saw there was a discount available on the Yelp site, which made it more affordable to engage a Professional Organizer for an afternoon (4 hours). Communication and payment process were very smooth and on the day I had it scheduled, Jerri arrived on time and rolled up her sleeves and got to work straightaway. Jerri was non-judgmental, respectful, and efficient. She come up with some fantastic suggestions on where to store stuff so that it made sense and had really brilliant ideas for arranging things, which has now competently transformed this space, making it super functional, with everything just super accessible. What I am most grateful about is that Jerri didn't push me or was aggressive about making me throw away items. She understood how the space and items belonged to my mum, and so there were certain things I didn't just want to chuck in the bin, without my mum being aware. When Jerri left after the 4 hours, we weren't completely finished, but so much improvement had been made, that I was positioned for success and was able to complete and finish the job by myself over the weekend, before mum returned back to the house. In fact mum was so happy to have been able to reclaim that space, we then did some more problem areas in the kitchen and now have a lovely tea + coffee space, as well as a fantastically very well arranged spice cabinet! Thank you Jerri, for your help and inspiring us! You are amazing and I am very glad Spark Organizing sent you to help us! I would have no hesitation in recommending your services. Yelp 123/2018
