For a doctor's office, the room is packed with patients with no social distancing. One guy was sitting there with mask below the chin. The staff in the front office are sitting next to each other. No mask, only shield. I waited in my car and asked them to call me. No way I will sit in that office with about 15 people waiting sitting practically next to each other. It took 1 hr and 40 mins before I was called to see the doctor. The only good thing in that office is the doctor. Dr. Baltaian is very nice and knowledgeable. She just have way too many patients scheduled per day. read more

Had my first visit a little over two weeks ago, the wait time was a bit long (1hr) however, it's completely understandable for any medical facility. Front office staff was courteous and had my referrals submitted and approved within a day. They understood that I was there for an urgent matter and took care of it immediately. She is my family doctor for 5 years already. I have never seen any other doctor being so caring about her patients and solving all the problems right away. She is very nice to everyone and is always there to help you get all you need. She is contracted with many insurance companies and that makes everything easier. I went to see this doctor for the first time today. She was very friendly, comfortable and knows what she is doing. She gave me enough time and asked about my concern. The wait was pretty long. I went there at 11 left at 1:30pm. The male nurse was too friendly talks too much and about his personal life that made me uncomfortable. I was assigned to this doctor by the insurance company the Parking was really difficult you must block another car to be able to park and when that car needs to leave the driver starts going from an office to another searching for the driver for the blocking car. Waiting room had lots of patiets they all speak Armenian and too loud you feel you don't belong there if you are not an Armenian. When it gets quite, a new patient gets in and for sure knows somebody of the patients in the waiting room then they start shaking hands laughing and talking loudly and yelling that is on the top of the loud staff on the phone and yelling from one to another in Armenian. I felt like I was sitting in a market not in a clinic I waited for an hour until my head was about to explode I couldn't stand staying there one more minute espexially that i already waited for an one hour with the noise. I had to cancel my appointment and leave I didn't even see the doctor. If you are not an Armenian, this is not the place for you. read more

I have visited Dr. Baltaian a handful of times. She's a lovely lady and a phenomenal doctor. She was very professional and thoroughly explained what I needed to do. She spent quite a bit of time with me which I greatly appreciated. Her professional advise truly helped heal my problem. It was also very convenient to be able to do blood tests in the same office. I problematic veins, but the nurse easily drew blood without me feeling pain. read more

Ok, so let me be clear from the jump....this review is for her Sun Valley location. Dr. Lilit is sweet. She isn't too informative voluntarily, but knows what she is talking about if questions are asked which is nice, however this review isn't being written about her, it is being written on behalf of her Sun Valley office and her Sun Valley Staff. I have 4 kids all of whom have been going to one pediatrician since the day they were born. ( His name is Dr. Scott Calig in West Hills) My son's insurance plan got screwed up so we were assigned to Dr. Lilit. Now, new patient protocol is always unfortunately going to be a longer visit for all the new patient paperwork that needs to be filled out, and when we went in, that wasn't the issue. We came in for our noon appointment with EVERYTHING needed as far as legal paperwork needed to be able to see the Dr., however not one, not two, but three new patients with LATER appointment times than ours were seen before my son was seen. After waiting until 2:15 to get into the room, we waited until 3:15 until anyone came in and acknowledged us, letting us know the Dr. would be in shortly. My son was born 3 months prematurely, so Dr's kind of freak him out. (He is now 4) He does cry at the sight of needles, and isn't particularly the best patient, but mind you he is 4, still learning how to talk and express himself, and keep in mind the history this poor kid has endured the few short years he has been alive. For hours we were stuck looking at such a dirty office and listening to all the staff talk about their personal lives. Not only was every other word a curse word, but the stuff that came out of their mouths was disgusting. What really upset me how ever was this one particular staff member named David. Yes, the girl at the front was rude and just really uneducated, but David yelled at my son to stop crying (after getting shots I might add) and yelled at him to stop moving or else he'd make a mistake and end up hurting him really bad. (Maybe true, but was said in the most scary, intimidating and threatening way) TO ALL YOU STAFF...I TOTALLY GET YOUR JOB CAN BE OVERWHELMING AND FRUSTRATING, HOWEVER IF YOU CANT PUT THE PATIENTS FIRST AND COMFORT THEM THEN GO WORK AT McDONALD'S. WORKING WITH CHILDREN, MEANS TO HAVE PATIENCE AND TO BE KIND AND NURTURING NOT TOTAL ASSHOLES AND CLEARLY SHOWING HOW MUCH YOU HATE YOUR JOB. IF I DIDN'T THINK CHILD SERVICES WOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED AND IF MY KIDS NOT HAVE BEEN THERE I WOULD HAVE SLAPPED THE HELL OUT OF THEM. THEY TALK LIKE COMPLETE IDIOTS, HAVE NO SENSE OF PROFESSIONALISM AND ARE AN ALL AROUND JOKE TO THE MEDICAL FIELD. DAVID WAS SO BAD TO MY SON I'M THINKING OF HOW I CAN GET HIM OUT OF THE PATIENT ROOMS AND MAYBE GET PUT IN THE FILING ROOM WHERE HE CAN TAKE HIS FRUSTRATIONS OUT ON PAPER INSTEAD OF KIDS! However, when my mom and I started talking about dong a yelp review their attitudes COMPLETELY changed! I feel bad for the Dr., because business will definitely suffer! Thank God she is contracted with Medi-cal, meaning some kids will have no choice but to be seen by that office. Only way she will stay in business if she keeps that kind of ghetto trash staff! I came here to meet her before choosing her and she was so sweet she answered all my questions thoroughly and took her time to listen to me, which i really appreciate. Not every dr cares about a patients well being but she made me feel so comfortable i told her everything i hadnt said to any dr ever and ever since than she has been helping me so much. That same day i just gave all my info and she did a physical and i did a blood test, my results came i went to visit her again and she went over all my results and with me and prescribed me all the meds i needed to be treated and ive been feeling great ever since. She also has an MRI tech and Ultrasound tech at her office although they only take Medicare patients its still useful to know that ur primary dr has all these useful tools in her office. The 2 girls in the front are also so helpful everytime i call they give me an appointment and when i go to my appointments im always greeted so nicely. I can't begin to explaon how relived I am to finally have a doctor who makes me feel like my health concerns are heard and addressed. I have multiple sclerosis and a minor health issue like a u.t.i. or a common cold can trigger severe complications. Dr. Baltaiian is always attentive and takes the time to answer all my questions and helps ease my mind. I never have a problems getting last minute appointments. Her staff is also as warm and caring as the doctor herself. My entire family is under her care and I have referred many friends. I wish I didn't have to write this bad review, especially regarding a doctor, because I'm sure they all work hard. However, it would be unfair that I do not leave a review for it's important that new patients know and have a choice in picking the right doctor. Firstly, the office does not possess any customer service, work ethic and takes zero responsibility for their poor actions. It is always full with no room for sitting, which obviously means they don't know how to properly set and spread their appointments. It is unacceptable to wait over an hour to see your doctor, because she is not even there yet, and even worse, that he barely spends 2 minutes with you. She is dam as!! This Doctor is one of the most caring Drs you will find if you're on Medi-cal. They could definitely clean more and be more organized which is why I put four stars, it's a very humble office to put it nicely, but it needs to noted that she runs a clinic not some bougie over priced office and has a lot of patients and doing the best she can do ,considering all this she's worth putting up with all the little annoying details, she listened to every concern, addressed it and followed through with my concerns, I had an urgent situation when I came in and she treated it as such I've had expensive private insurance and have had many Drs who are "bougie" and with much more professional staff and cleaner more beautiful offices but those Drs don't give a flying they f**** they only care about money,So I'll take this Dr any day. read more

Im in my late 20s and have been looking for a competent, caring, and honest doctor for a loooooong time. Im very pleased to be under her care. The front desk girls are very helpful and customer oriented. Friendly and painless blood drawer and easy to talk to EKG operator did outstanding work. Signing up was a breeze. Wait time was fair. Seriously this office doesn't even deserve a star , my son came here twice and based on both experiences they were horrible , tremendous wait , the staff don't even know what there doing nor do I think they have the proper training . The doctor whom gave my son his shots advised me to leave his immunization records so that she can (help me ) update them since I had 3 forms and she would update them into one form , unfortunately I moved out of the la county and I would call them to see if they've been updated and they would say no ?? It was months after his appointment until I finally drove 2 hours and a half because I became concerned and it results that they lost my sons immunization records and they did not update them in there California system !!!! I'm very upset due to the fact that they are irresponsible and clearly they do not care of there clients . My 2 year old son will never ever return here !!! read more

I really like Dr. Baltaian, she is really nice and caring but I'm giving this business 1 out of 5 just because of the rude and unprofessional staff working there. They are super unorganized and its a shame for such good Doctor to have such bad staff. My grandma was going to have a surgery and Dr. Baltaian was supposed to do the pre-op tests 2 weeks in advanced since she is the primary doctor. I made an appointment and explained it to them why my grandma was visiting the doctor. I even asked to talk to the Dr. Baltaian but she was with a patient, she was nice enough to give me a call back. I explained everything to the doctor and asked her to contact me if there were any questions. They were supposed to pick up my grandma since I had school that day, my grandma waited for them for hours but no one picked her up. I called them and they told me my grandma didn't have any appointment!!! They ended up picking up my grandma the next day and taking her to the office to do the tests. One week after that my grandma had an appointment with the surgeon I found out they never did any of the tests they were supposed to do. Right after I went to Dr. Baltaian's office and asked the girls what happened. Instead of at least apologizing they started telling me how they have so many patients and saying that never received the test list from the surgeon. They were SUPER RUDE and one of them(Karina) even used the F word for me. I told them, even though I have never worked for a doctor I know if a patient is coming for pre-op and there is no form I have to make a quick phone call to the other doctor's office and ask them to fax the paper. After all that, they started making phone calls and getting everything. They got the authorization for chest X-ray but they asked someone else to call me to pick up the paper, even when I went back they didn't talk to me one word, just putted the paper there for me to pick it up. If it wasn't for Dr. Baltaian and my grandma I would never walk to that office again. The only person who is really nice from staff is Rozana. Sona and Karina are horrible!!! Even after all the drama that day (Tuesday), on Friday I got another phone call from the surgeon office telling me they were still waiting for lab results. I had to make another phone call and ask them to fax the lab results!!! This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Even though they are the ones responsible and getting paid I had to leave work and miss my classes at school to make sure they were doing their job :| read more

The wait time here is beyond ridiculous! I came here for my baby's 4 month vaccines and I ended up waiting over an hour and a half. Mind you the women in the front were very rude and not clear. Once I finally made it inside, the male nurse was also very rude and didn't know what he was doing. That was not reassuring considering the fact that they were about to vaccinate my 4 month baby. He pulled a scale to weigh him and didn't know the simple conversion from kilograms to pounds. I am a LVN so I know that is basic math and I had to figure out the math for him since he had no clue how to do it. He asked me to google it on my phone(not professional at all!) This man also couldn't measure his height correctly and was asked by the doctor to measure him again. The fact that this man didn't know what he was doing and was asking me to do everything goes to show how poorly trained they are at that office and also shows they don't care about the clients either! Also want to say after all of that the doctor was in the room for less than 5 mins before moving to the next person. Thanks for nothing! Don't waste your time with this place! read more

I came to this office once as a walk in and I didn't even know what insurance I had because I haven't seen a doctor in years because every time i went i always had a bad experience. But since i live around the area i thought why not lets try this out and see what this office is about. There were 2 girls sitting in the front and they helped me by checking to see if i have insurance and i did but it was under a random doctors name that i never even seen so they helped me change the doctor, and even though it was going to be effective on the 1st of next month the doctor was still kind enough to meet me and i told her a few things and she told me all the ways she would help me with my medical conditions. I actually felt really comfortable and im looking forward for my appoinment in december to actually have my full physical checkup. Everyone in that office was just so welcoming felt good to be in a positive environment, now i can see why it was packed but well worth the wait. There is no doctors office that u go in and walk right in and dont wait so thats not an issue and i thing patients need to be understanding. See you guys again in December. read more
