When i walked in to pick up the dress at 12pm on 10/1, she was still working on it, stating one for her "sewing machines were down" and that's why the dress she's had for 16 days was not completed yet. I had been in a time crunch and was told to come back later to pick the dress up when i live over 40 minutes away. I picked because they had great reviews. She then rushed the job and still charged me full price. I would advise you to find a place that has their business in order to ensure you get the things you need on time.
