Watermelon cubes topped with tajin were brought to the table upon our arrival and were a nice way to start the meal. We then ordered the salsa and guacamole. Both salsas were good but the salsa verde was my favorite. The chips are homemade and have great texture and taste. We both ordered tacos and all were fantastic. My wife's favorite was the barbacoa and mine were the Al pastor. She enjoyed a watermelon margarita and I had one of the six or so local beers they offered. This restaurant is also kid friendly and has plenty of high chairs. The staff was great in accommodating us and our baby and we look forward to returning.

The chips were also rancid, which was another major letdown. I had ordered a steak burrito to go, but after tasting the food, I canceled it immediately. Looking over the bill, I noticed it would have cost about $20 for a "super" steak burrito, plus an additional upcharge just because it was steak. That pricing seemed excessive, especially considering the quality of the food we were served. Overall, while the service was great, the food was some of the worst Mexican food I've had in a long time. They also have a discount on margaritas on Tuesdays. The top shelf one is unbelievably tasty. Clean, with excellent service. The staff is friendly and will explain anything you want to know about your dish. There's a parking lot (they're located in the old A&W, if you're old enough to remember). I don't want it to get so crowded that I have to wait in line, but you're missing out if you haven't tried them.
