The pancakes weren't overly sweet, the ricotta house-made. The juice was made right in front of me. It was so good that I ordered a second juice, the Green Juice (orange, green apple, celery, aloe). It was even better than the first! And even better than the food was the service. My server, Logan, was incredibly kind and attentive. I already texted my local friends to try this place out.
