The pancakes weren't overly sweet, the ricotta house-made. The juice was made right in front of me. It was so good that I ordered a second juice, the Green Juice (orange, green apple, celery, aloe). It was even better than the first! And even better than the food was the service. My server, Logan, was incredibly kind and attentive. I already texted my local friends to try this place out. The appetizers were outstanding. Since we were in the south, we had to try the Green Fried Tomatoes, which were good especially with the goat cheese garnishment . The Lobster Deviled Eggs were outstanding also. For entrees, our party had the halibut, the Steak au poivre, (2x, one medium and the other medium well) and the flounder. All of them were excellent, but special remarks must be given to the halibut. It was truly delicious. The deserts were a perfect closure. One negative comment: the wine availability was "meh". The white wine bottle we ordered as the seafood complement was adequate but did not match the otherwise extraordinary quality of everything else.
