Dont ever, ever take a cybertruck here, they had no clue what they were doing. Specifically asked the person if they could wash the cybertruck and guy was super confident they could. Charged 60 bucks to clesn outside and interior. They did a horrible job washing, let the water dry as it came out. The person who helped me was lazy, interior was not even cleaned correctly. Left a bunch of stains on the body because he went crazy with the armor all. I made a huge mistake taking it there. Dont go! read more

CANT BELIEVE THEY WOULD TRY TO HARM US WITH METAL BATS FOR JUST ASKING FOR WHAT WE PAID FOR A CAR WASH. Horrible service, when we let them know that it was dirty and not vacuumed staff started to say no and that they didn't have time for this, and when told her if she can give a refund or for another day she told me to call the police to do whatever we wanted to do, so police was called and when police arrived they were waiting metal bats we felt threaten and the police had to tell them to stop and Put the stuff down even though we were just asking for something we had already paid for. Lilac Car Wash - Auto Detailing Near Me - Rialto, California

This place has really gone down hill. Brought my suv in for a wash, sat inside and waited for my car to go thru the tunnel to be washed. It never went thru. I figured maybe they haven't started working on it, next thing you know they're honking saying my car is done. No clue where they washed it but it was horrible job. They didn't vacuum the car and left water spots all over. And yes like other have mentioned the women working the cash register is rude af read more

The manager or acting manager who was on duty when I arrived Sunday, 6/14/26, was very unfriendly and borderline rude. I won't be returning and I will steer my friends and family away from this business. read more

Great service and vehicle care! I stopped in for a car wash, and they did a fantastic job on my SUV, which was filthy as kids had dropped food all over the back seat, and we had gone thru drizzle which caused it to be muddy. I appreciate the friendly service, and the time they took to thoroughly clean the interior and exterior! read more

I decided to give this establishment my business despite reading some negative reviews. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. When I arrived, an employee was telling me to move up but did so with visible eye-rolling and an attitude. I don't feel comfortable supporting a business where customers are treated that way, so I chose to leave. read more

Understanding why this place has less and less business. Because they just don't care I never came here for an immaculate car wash. Cause I never got one to begin with, but their service is getting worse and worse. Paid for the outside to get washed and had to wait 45 minutes before I decided to leave because no one came to finish. Save your money go elsewhere read more

I met my husband here at this car wash. We pulled up 5 minutes apart. My car took a good 35 minutes. And his took over an hour. The definitely do not take vehicles in order here. The plus side is the seating inside (no air) and outside. They have drinks and goodies like a typical car wash. They have arcade games and massage seats that actually work. How ever in the summer inside is a no go. The price point was typical and I was very impressed on the cleanliness of my car. read more

I've been coming here for awhile now and they do a good job on my car. People are friendly here

Came in for car wash last Friday 5/30/2025. Spent $26.00 plus tip. No baby powder scent and guy didn't clean my back wind shield. I subsequently realized that someone stole $40 from under my floor mat. What kind of criminals do you have working there? Check your people more thoroughly. I drive Honda Civic Coupe. You know who you are...Loser! I don't expect to get my money back, but I also don't expect to EVER patronize your business again. Total loss to me $70 something. Loss to your business MUCH more. read more

Lilac Car Wash - Lobby - Auto Detailing Near Me - Rialto, California

The car wash was I received here is a joke, even Mateo does a better job of cleaning Jim's pelotas. There was so many water spots left on the car and areas that weren't even cleaned. I had to dry the car when I got home but some spots didn't come off. I want my money back for this shitty service. I should have just taken car to express wash. It would have been cheaper and cleaner too. read more

Extremely upset...I went here today because I had a coupon...I asked if my coupon could be used on a specific wash and was advised yes. When I get to the front...I was told by the woman I couldn't use it and I need to take it up with the person that told me I could...after finally finding him he told me he was wrong...so I downgraded and got a different wash...which should have been $20 but then they up charged me because I have a "large suv" when I in fact have a small crossover. When my car was finally ready I noticed the inside was dusty so I asked her to wipe it off...she told me I only paid for the outside...Wtf would I pay $30 just for the outside??? I would never recommend this place because they are money hungry and rip ppl off!!!! read more

Oh my oh no After 3 years I returned to get my car wash here since I used to be a regular. Weekday so it liked empty. Well they are working on an extremely slow motion. It felt like they were competing who can work slower. I had an appointment and I had to reschedule thanks to the moo walkers. Will not recommend this place. Unless you like to wait an hour plus and then don't have any business. Go figure ‍ read more

My Gosh, I really didn't want to leave this review, but holy moly they take FOREVER to wash a car. I don't know if it's because they're understaffed or what, but we've been sitting here for 2 hours waiting for our truck to get dried. I mean , I understand not to rush anyone when they're working, but there is also 7-8 other cars that haven't even been started on. This has been a really frustrating experience. read more

So dissapointed. Wanted to do something nice for my husband and spent 73.45 (+ 10$ tip) for a horrible job. I specifically asked if they do the center console and she said yes. I was in a rush so when I pulled off I didn't notice the floor, seats and center console were all not even thoroughly cleaned. So frustrating. Was trying to save time but now will have to do it myself anyway read more

Well today I drove all the way from Ontario to get my vehicle washed & detailed, only because I heard it was a great place & that they do magnificent work on vehicles. Oh what a joke !....the place was poorly staffed, dirty,& but not only that it was my vehicle that was supposed to be washed & detailed , my wash included wax, scent, & exterior dressing . Well after about 25 minutes or so they honked that my vehicle was finished, as I went to inspect it the front grill was still dirty as not washed,I had smears on the outside of my vehicle,my model decal was broke off & missing,I went to let the cashier know , she said she would go look for it , but I noticed she was over in the entry vacuuming vehicles & never went to look. Nothing was done so I finally just left in disappointment & angry for this service. Not only that , as I drove away I noticed my windshield was still spotted with dead bugs & poorly or not wiped at all. This is very disappointing!! I wasted gas coming all the way here!! I think this place should be shut down!!! read more

Quality has dropped a bit. Girl at the counter is a bit dismissive ans not super friendly.

Been going to this location for over 10years and the service is gotten worse. Due to new owners cutting corners, and always spent $49 and up also had two of my vehicles completely detailed at one time with the old owner. I have a total of 3 vehicles and due to my health, I am unable to wash the cars myself so I take them to lilac car wash. I tried to stay open minded. But today was the day that the straw broke the camels back. I have one of my vehicles at the lease is up and just and just wanted that get washed so I decided to do their express car wash. Which included vacuuming, which was done car wash, which look like they just rinsed it down and dry, which was just swiped down and sat in the sun for 30 minutes to dry before I was called. I know this because I stood there and watch them. I reported to the gentleman that seem to be in charge that handed my keys to me. Let him know that that was the laziest job I've ever seen on a car wash. He told me well you only requested the express wash. which still took about an hour and 14 minutes just to have a rinse down and sat there. I let him know a wash is a wash you wash the car but he told me that's the express wash. I asked him if was the owner and was told his just an employee there. it's a shame cause I've been going to him for a long time but now I know why they're writing so slo. DO NOT GO THERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY. read more
