A big part of why I pay for the membership is the vacuums, and most of them haven't been working on multiple visits. It's not just one stall--it's been several at a time, which makes it hard to actually finish cleaning my car after the wash. For a paid membership, I expect the equipment to be maintained and available. The wash itself is solid, but the vacuum situation needs serious attention. Hoping management addresses this soon because I'd like to keep coming here without having to hunt for a working vacuum every time.

When you ask for something simple, they respond with bad attitude or act annoyed, and that speaks to a much bigger problem: The supervisor is just as careless and unprofessional as the employees. While other Go Car Wash locations stay on top of things-- * towels stocked * vacuums working * areas clean * staff actually helping customers --this location is the complete opposite. Employees leave their stations unattended, don't monitor the entrance, don't help direct cars, and the place often looks dirty, abandoned, and poorly run. This is clearly a leadership issue. The employees aren't the real problem--the supervisor doesn't manage, doesn't correct behavior, and doesn't set standards. Until corporate replaces the supervisor or retrains the whole team, this location will remain the worst Go Car Wash in the area.

One thing we really like is that if it's not super crowded, you can take a little extra time detailing your car without feeling rushed or hassled. One of the workers, I believe her name is Jasmine, is always checking on customers in the vacuum bays and making sure everyone is good, which is appreciated. Overall, really nice job by JetSpeed. My car received several scratches from brushes. The acid they use to break down grime wasn't even rinsed properly. The acid dried and baked onto the hood. I never go to automatic car washes for this reason. I trusted Jet Speed Express and they let me down. I called them to request a remedy, but they sent me to voicemail and never called me back. I would have complained in person, but due to my knee injury, I just couldn't. This business is falsely advertising a touchless wash online and to your face. Save yourself the heartbreak, confusion, and the anger, and do not come here. I am not rich, and I work very hard to keep my car in good condition with what I have. To not even receive an apology or a refund was extremely disappointing. I was quoted $800 just for the hood and two doors. Buyers beware.

The vacuums are elite and my favorite is the air compressor. Great for BLASTING all the gunk out in the cup holders, in between the seats, and even for getting all the water that might still be in the mirrors. There's nothing I hate more than getting a nice car wash and then getting home to see the streaks of water on the side of your car. Blast that water right out for a perfect wash. Stopped by the quack quack of Riverside Ave in Rialto today for a wash…read more We're actually members and the nice thing is you can use any quack quack anywhere to get your car washed. It's super easy and convenient. When you go they have different levels of wash. We pay for the most expensive because you can add more cars for $20 a month. 3 cars is $60! They provide drying towels, vacuums, compressor to blow air and dust out of tiny spaces, and they have a vending machine for other items. I don't encounter a lot of employees when I go but when I have they've been pleasant. There's also a customer service line to call if needed. I rated them a 4 out of 5 because not all the equipment works all the time which can be inconveniencing when you have to switch parking spots.

When the soap goes on, Quick Quack displays an image of the Quick Quack duck on your windshield. After the wash, I parked my car in one of the stalls where I used towels provided to dry and vacuums to clean and blowers to dust little nooks and crannies. The Quick Quack duck image changes with the seasons and the holidays. There are two lanes, one for drivers who are prepaid. A sensor reads your license plate and raises the gate. An employee guides you into the wash and sprays bugs off your front end. Happy with the service, I signed up for the unlimited washes. What a deal! And I got my wife's car added to my account at a discount. No more washing the car in my driveway, no more trying to scrub areas I cannot reach, no more setting up my Shop Vac in awkward places. AND I get to wash my car in Quick Quack Car Washes in other cities.

They're very useful to dry some of the water coming out of tight spaces between doors etc and remove some small dirty areas no big deal. I only used one towel for what I needed to dry and used the second one for my windows just to remove small dry water stains and came out perfect. The vacuums are already on so just park and Do your thing. Pay the 12 dollars! Look at my Durango!
